The room was modern, spacious, very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything I tried was excellent. The spa area was not as modern as the rooms, but it was enough for a hotel spa. Position of the hotel is great and you can easily get to other areas in the Dolomites.

Most of the members of the staff (checkin, restaurant) did not always seem very happy to help. They didn't provide any info about a card (BrixenCard) they gave us at the checkin so we didn't use it.

Very nice rooms. The location was great and you could walk to the monastery and paths along the river. The young gentleman who worked the front desk in the evenings was extremely helpful when we needed restaurant recommendations and reservations. The young lady who worked during the day wasn’t as helpful or friendly. Also, it would have been nice to know before booking a nonrefundable room that the indoor pool, bar and restaurants were closed. We received an email about the bar and restaurants after booking and learned about the spa only being partially opened upon arrival. NOTE: not the hotel’s fault but many facilities, restaurants, stores, hotels, spas, funiculars — are closed in this area for at least the first half of November. Just something to keep in mind when planning a trip. Nonetheless, the views were incredible and the hiking was spectacular.

Very nice spacious and modern room. Tasteful interior architecture and warm colors. Nice breakfast buffet.

The pool and its environs were overcrowded. People from the adjacent camping ground are allowed to use it too. That's not ok. Hotel guests are paying good money for their stay, so the pool should be reserved for them.

A luxurious stay with a wonderful room and excellent amenities. The hotel's restaurant is top-notch, and the pizzeria is a standout, although it's advisable to reserve your table in advance as walk-ins have limited availability. Additionally, there is a small store in the hotel for buying essentials, which are priced more affordably than the items in the room minibar.

Just a little pricey than the other places where we stayed in the Dolomites. From the value for money-perspective, it did not exceed my expectations.

We liked the room a lot, it is spacious and has a relatively big open wardrobe. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and the coffee is delicious. The spa is small and you need to book but well equipped with steam room, sauna and a pool which we enjoyed!

We didn’t like that the room doesn’t have a coffee machine or kettle. The dinner (pasta and pizza) in the hotel’s restaurant was average.

The suite we stayed in was amazing. The bathroom and shower were huge, and it was great to have the toilet and bidet separated. The terrace was also very big and I really liked the “sofas” outside. Very good hairdryer and shower products. The entire facility is massive and we really liked the organisation and decorations, the style overall was very nice.

The temperature in the room was really way too high. We tried to lower it but the thermostat was weird and even though we turned the temperature down, it never decreased. 24 degrees is really too much in a bedroom, especially with duvet covers. The shower gel/shampoo was completely finished when we entered the room, and when we went down to ask for more, we were only given the shower gel. Long story short, I didn’t manage to wash my hair properly which wasn’t ideal after the pool. My bad that I forgot them, you’d say, but next time please check if those products need refill, cause it’s quite standard in a 4-star hotel like this. Variety for breakfast could be improved, but most importantly it would have been nice to check more often if anything needed to be replaced when finished

Everything was excellent. The restaurant too. We dined pizza and then the huge and varied breakfast. The room was amazing with beautiful views. Thanks for the king sized bed!!!! But the surprise when you turn off the lights to go to sleep was extraordinary (no spoilers).

The shower space was too small but I've seen that all across Italy. It's not inclusive for plus size people.

Despite their non-24-hour reception, the staff's thoughtfulness shone through as they left my room key and a complimentary bus pass in a safe outside the front door, making check-in a breeze at 2 am. The hotel's wooden Tyrolean-style architecture with a modern twist adds a unique and delightful touch to the ambiance. I was thoroughly impressed with the combination of rustic charm and contemporary comfort.

While my stay was overall fantastic, I did notice a couple of areas where improvement could be made. It would have been a nice touch to have some complimentary gifts or amenities in the room. The view from my room's balcony( although pleasant), didn't quite meet the high expectations I had. It was not as breathtaking as some of the other aspects of the hotel.

The facilities were exceptional! They were very modern and well designed. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool located in a beautiful cosily lit space. Our rooms were beyond expectations and very comfortable. Access to the spa was such a bonus after a long day of driving. Staff were helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!
