I loved everything about the hotel, honestly its one of the best hotel and in my opinion it deserves the 5 star hotel not the 4 star at all - Hotel owners are very friendly, cheerful, hospitable, held and welcoming - View of the hotel & rooms are so beautiful which makes it peaceful and relaxing - Attention to details in everything - Ski area is near the hotel - Food quality were just wow with their chefs which makes it such a fine dining and they are so flexible with the food options in case someone did not like what’s in the menu especially for the Muslims make sure to inform them that your food should not contains alcohol or pork and they will change the dish for you with no hesitation - Activities in hotels such as board games, swimming, hiking, sauna, cycling and more

The road to the hotel is a bit narrow on the mountain and risky so you need to drive slow especially in the winter weather

I enjoyed my stay a lot. It was amazing. - The food is exceptional. For 2 weeks every day was a new menu for dinner, without any pain what to eat if you are gluten free. Selection during the breakfast is really good. - The whole team is very hospitable. Interaction with all of them was very pleasant - reception, spa, restaurant, cleaning, they tried to help with all my questions. Special thanks to Alex, Vivienne, Franz, Alexandra. - Rooms are very comfortable, lot of wood. Special thanks for separate wardrobe, which is very convenient. Second bed with panoramic view was enjoyable. - Spa zone is great, 2 pools, good gym. - Very pet-friendly. With a place for the dog toilet. Separate room for dinners if you want to take your dog, etc - Very close to Plose, where you can find lot of hiking routes with amazing views + free daily pass for cabins to get to the top - Has charges for electric cars, garage was very convenient In general, this hotel has its soul, so many details are taken into consideration, I could feel that guests are really welcomed.

Air ventilation in some areas was not great for me, in hallways and gym.

Everything was great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back in the future. Very clean, peaceful, stylish and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, as well as a dinner experience with some surprises everyday. Hotel offering a lot of free activities, such a yoga classes, hiking tours, sauna infusion and live music at the bar. We enjoyed outdoor swimming pool as well as a quiet zone for relaxation with a nice cup of herbal tea. Staff is very helpful and professional even if a lot of them don't speak english, main language in the hotel is German. Want to highlight Vivianne who worked at the restaurant, she was very friendly and nice. And just a note traffic is very heavy in Dolomites, so if you planning to explore different areas you might spend several hours of driving everyday. No options to walk in the area, only by car or bus.

Tables are assign to you at the dinner, so if you are not lucky and hotel is full, you will ended up sitting in very loud room with a lot of kids and you will have same table again and again. Water should be included in the dinner.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Carmen, who was an absolute delight. Warm, cheerful, and effortlessly professional, she brightened our mornings at the breakfast buffet and made us feel right at home. Her presence was a highlight of our stay. The housekeeping team also deserves special praise – such lovely ladies who kept our room immaculate throughout. Their attention to cleanliness and care was evident in every detail, and it was deeply appreciated. Every aspect of this hotel has been thoughtfully considered – the service, the decor, the ambiance, the comfort – all executed with such precision and heart. It’s rare to come across a place where every element feels so carefully and lovingly managed. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our return. Highly recommended.

It was a very warm hotel, air conditioning could have been a little stronger especially for the evening meals and in our room. But this is a very small 'complaint' because the overall stay was phenomenal.

The view was exceptional, the facilities (wellness centre) were the best I’ve experienced in all my travels, the food (especially pastas) from the bistro was great, awesome breakfast, great hotel reception staff, comfortable rooms and very good service. Gym was great too. The whole hotel has been designed so well, it’s extremely impressive.

It would’ve been nice to have a set waiter/waitress for the table during dinner service as it seemed a little disorganized with multiple waitstaff checking in. Apart from that, the stay was great.

This was a true 5 star experience. They upgraded my room so we had a private sauna on the terrace. The food was incredible, a five course meal every night that rivaled the Michelin experiences I have had. The spa treatments were affordable and excellent. The spa facilities themselves were stunning, I've never been more relaxed. The staff was also incredible, very attentive. They have activities and a great cocktail bar where you can enjoy the view in the evenings. I can't wait to go back!

This was a little tricky to get to from Amsterdam. We flew to Milan and took a bus and two trains to get there. But I would absolutely do it again as the property was worth the long travel days.

We spent a few days at Santre Dolomythic Home, and honestly, I am not sure I have the words to do it justice. Everything—from the setting to the service—was outstanding. We booked a suite, and it was just beautiful. Bright, thoughtfully designed, and full of little touches that made it feel special. Everything was spotless and still felt new, but not in a sterile way. Just clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The pools were a dream. The heated one was perfect for relaxing, and the natural pool had that refreshing, just-right chill to it. There is also a beautiful lawn where we spent quiet time in the sun, with mountain views all around. And the food—wow. We had half board, and every single dinner felt like something out of a fine dining restaurant. Not one course missed the mark. The flavors, the presentation, the pacing—every detail was so well done. Easily some of the best meals we have had on vacation. The room also came with a guest pass for the nearby cable car, which was a great added bonus. The service was just as impressive. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and genuinely seemed to care. A special thank you to Viviene, who made us feel welcome right away. She was attentive in such a natural, easy way—and truly a highlight of our stay. The rest of the team was just as great, and it was clear that the people working here are proud to be part of it. You could feel the presence and care of the owners too, which says a lot. This is a hotel where everything just works. It is beautiful, yes—but it is also thoughtful, relaxed, and full of heart. We are already looking forward to going back.

The staff, really friendly and helpful. The facilities, cleaning. Design. Simply amazing. The amazing food specially for a family like us with a son with severe food allergies. We have never been to such an accurate, secure hotel in what food allergies and ingredients concerns. No incidents, no cross contamination. Such a relief. Unprecedented and they set the bar at such a stellar level. All the hotels should learn from them. AMAZING!

Only two tiny insignificant details. The sleeping pillows could be more comfortable but that is probably our personal taste. The ski resort is close by but not so beginner friendly. The blue slope is only blue in name. They were red at least.

The hotel was absolutely incredible! The facilities were amazing, huge indoor/outdoor pool which was heated as well as a cold lake to swim in! There were plenty of sun-beds too. The view was also amazing from every place in the hotel! The staff were so attentive, could not do enough for us, especially when travelling with a baby. The food was to die for and so much of it! They even catered for our 8 month old by making food edible for him. The rooms were enormous and contained everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely nothing, definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!

What did you like the most ask booking. There is to much to talk about. Literally everything. The room is big enough, you have space everywhere and balkon is fantastic. Drinking a drink and looking at the mountains under the stars hits different. Then we have staff, they are all very helpful and kind. Wine collection is amazing, unfortunately the wine tasting was during our departure. Next time we will join too. All experiences with the guide are pleasant surprise. Ice bath, snow shoe walk, sunset walk they all where amazing. And the guide was top notch. Food... och boy... every evening eating different 5 course menu was a fantastic experience. Fantastic hotel, fantastic and kind staff and owners . After all the work rush we finally found our inner peace. Thank you Santre and till next year January.
