Staff couldn’t do enough for you. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, the reception and restaurant staff were lovely. Food was great. Probably should have mentioned that we were gluten free before arriving but they adapted very well for us. Great location next to the ski lift. We stayed in the annex which was nice and spacious with its own balcony. Had my reservations about not being in the main hotel but took less than a minute to go from our room to inside the hotel. Wellness area was nice, clean and relaxing.

Parking was a little expensive at €10 per day but I’m being picky

I really enjoyed my stay at Bergers Sport Hotel. I liked the quirky retro interior. Our room was decorated nicely. We had a balcony room at the front (our choice), which can be a bit noisy but I was not bothered by it. The staff were excellent especially Laura at reception who did whatever she could to make our stay comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance from ski lifts and night life. The swimming pool was a good size and we enjoyed the sauna. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the dinner was also very good. I loved the family portraits and the history behind the hotel. There is a separate bar and restaurant for the public which we could view from our cosy place on the balcony dinner table that we had. Really liked this part of the hotel with the enormous chandelier. A touch of glamour!

We had a great holiday at Berger’s Sporthotel, very nice room with a beautiful view, great breakfast and diner every day, Laura the receptionist was very kind and helpful so were the rest of the staff and the owner of the hotel, great place for families!

Location. Quirky but great, friendly staff. Attached restaurant for lunch. Food was very good. Great steam room.

Tired ski/boot room, no lockers.

Very good location in the center of Saalbach. Very friendly service. Distance to three mountain railways from 100 to 300 meters from the hotel. In summer, the Jocker Card guaranteed free use of the mountain railways in the Saalbach Valley.

Breakfast was fantastic. The Joker Card which came free with the stay at the hotel was incredible - it gave us unlimited travel on the open mountain lifts and local buses.

Food as good and plentiful. Staff very friendly

Immediately felt at home at this hotel. Amazing staff, Tom was one of the most friendly guys I’ve ever met. Would definitely come again to this hotel.
