We loved the location, we loved our rooms and our balcony with the view. We loved the music on our first night, plus the breakfast and supper was delicious! It had a very friendly, family run vibe. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The pedestrian street is in a fantastic location for the lifts, swimming pool and the 680 bus. We used our joker cards and guest mobility tickets every day. The fish tank was the only negative thing

Food was very nice, always freshly prepared and plenty to choose from! Staff was always smiling and they were kind, helpful and service was fast. Evening meals were great. Mulled wine was so good!!! I would also like to say thank you for helping me to find correct bus connections prior my arrival and for the journey back. Communication with the hotel was great and they were very helpful! I'll be booking to go back to The Hotel Mitterer soon again!

I like a harder pillow, it was a soft one. An option to pay extra for a cooked full english would have been amazing

Perfect location in the city center close to cable cars and undergroud parking. Tasty and large dinners with soup, main dish and dessert. Friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning every day. Complimentary "Joker card" gives free access to all cable cars in the valley, busses and some local attractions.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and plentiful, I never went hungry. The location was perfect, with several lifts and an affordable supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. Great value for money and I'd definitely book again if I was visiting Saalbach.
