Spacious rooms (we were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms comfortably). Efficient ski shop in the hotel where we could rent and store our skis and boots. Very good restaurant and room service and the champagne hut next door was fun (we never heard any noise from it at night which is good too)

It’s a long walk to the ski lift that feels even longer when you walk with young children carrying skis. To ski back to the hotel was also not possible as you’d need to be an expert skier to manoeuvre the slopes coming down (impossible with our young children)

We found the rooms extremely comfortable and had great facilities. We prefer our room to be cool and so had the window open all night. Fortunately we were the side of the hotel away from nearest bars and clubs. Had we been the other side, this may have been noisy. Perhaps air-conditioning to elevate this.

Amazing luxury 5 star hotel in a small and quiet village. Great and very friendly staff. Upgraded our rooms. Don’t miss the half board that included a 5-course dinner (amazing dishes and great service). Restaurant Staff were very nice and helped to celebrate our daughter’s birthday (thank a lot). Good for 3-4 day stay (hitching, biking, free tickets from hotel to take the gondola, rafting “desk made the booking for us”, nice swimming pool..).

No AC in the room!! (so had to open the balcony door most of the time), however it was not a big deal since the weather was very cold anyway. Rooms have shared balconies !! .. which is ok for a big family but not respecting privacy for each guest!.

The half board dinner was exceptional as were the staff that served breakfast and dinner. Our room was great, as the location at the end of the ski slope

our room was situated next to a night club with booming music late into the evening ... If we had not been so tired in the evening we would have been unhappy about that

Excellent location, ski-in, 150m walk to closest lift. True 5-star service, professional yet relaxed, lovely hotel lounge and bar. very good breakfast and half-board dinner. Also right next door to best acres-ski in Ischgl - Trofana All and Champagner Hutte.

Spa a bit small, and gym very limited, however on the whole an excellent experience.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. the spa area is lovely our room was a good size, the bed very comfortable and the food at dinner was excellent and very good value for money on a half board basis. The wine list had a good selection including some excellent wines, even in half bottle sizes.

Wonderful, beautiful and a perfectly clean hotel in the heart of Tirol. Thanks to Julia for the friendly welcome and for showing us around. Hats off to the kitchen for the amazing food they made and to the staff for making us feel comfortable while serving the food. Finally, special thanks to Andrea for the greatest spa experience and amazing massage of my life.

absolutely stunning place to stay for a long weekend. overall hotel facilities are amazing, hotel rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. SPA area is great, with opportunity with nice treatments.

Was not the 1st time in this hotel, and I have to say it is one of the best hotel I've ever been. Beautiful hotel with style, excellent staff, good restaurant, very good location. For the guests may be important, the garage was very good as well
