Very comfortable room for an excellent week's skiing. Ski lockers excellent. The sauna and dampfbad looked really good but we didn't use. Location was quiet but 3 minutes walk to main lift, main bus stop and supermarket. Owners and staff very friendly. Nice continental breakfast with some hot options (eggs, bacon, sausage). Ski area was superb, excellent snow and lift system really good - rarely any waits longer than 5 minutes.

A fridge in the room would be nice. Advise to get restaurant reservations if you want to eat at particular places.

The hotel is 200m walking distance from civilization (but if you know Ischgl many may think of it as an advantage) Opening hours of the wellness are limited, with a Saturday closing day

The room was big, it was warm, clean, the ski room is well equipped and easy to reach.The bed was comfortable. In the hotel there is a self-pay dispenser of water and snacks. Parking is free, in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to the cable car, gas station and supermarket, very close to the Therme. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. There is also a nice cat.

The headlights of the cars in the neighboring parking lot are disturbing for the people living in the rooms on level -1. There is no small fridge in the room.

Close to absolutely everything. We were helped with renting skiing gear and obtaining ski passes Comfortable neat and extremely friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast

Very friendly staff, close to the ski elevators, good facilities and possibility to leave skis and boots at the rental. We also received discounts on the skipass and rentals of the ski!

Check in was faff as it had to be done electronically and the software was deficient. Not the fault of the hotel as this is apparently a new requirement by the authorities.

Very friendly staff, great service, clean facilities, and great location (just a couple of minutes walk to A2 skilift).

The main pillow was a bit too big and soft. There was a second pillow, but it was too small, so I couldn't find the right balance for myself. Admittedly, I haven't asked the staff for an extra pillow or said anything about it.

The spa nice but can be better

Very spacious and cosy room with amazing bathtub - very relaxing after long day at the ski slopes. Great location - super close to the Pardatschgratbahn lift (3-5min on foot). Very convenient storage room for skiis.

Location was very close most of the ski lifts and restaurants/bars. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. After our checkout they allowed us to leave our car parked and to change in the ski locker room after our last session. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was of high quality.
