Amazing location, so close to the ski lifts! Very welcoming staff, nice spa, good food. Ms Anita from the reception and staff serving breakfast were particularly friendly and helpful.

Cleaning personel is very motivated but the hoovering starts a bit too early.

We had a wonderful weekend in this hotel. This is our second stay there, and we had a very relaxing and cozy experience both times. The staff was very welcoming and even gave us a free room upgrade. Special thanks to Emre, who went head over heels to makes us feel like home and have a good time. Will definitely come again 👍

It could be a bit noisy above the bar with late night drunk people hanging around in the early hours. Baths and beds need a refurb.

Excellent location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room at our request with no charge.The breakfast was excellent .

The location, the charming looks, the super friendly manager and most of the other personnel (one younger lady at the reception wasn’t very warm and welcoming), the small but very convenient spa with amazing massage chairs, the cozy room and spacious bathroom!

Initially I booked and paid for 1 person, it was possible to add a second person, but I was not informed upfront about the extra costs which costs were quite high in my opinion and only presented at checkout.

Classic lovely inn, great restaurant and front desk staff. Breakfast was fantastic, servers so warm and eager to help.

Incredible service! the staff were so friendly and accommodation. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but the front desk lady working late at night was the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating hotel service person I’ve ever had. Location of hotel is perfect. Room was very clean and spacious.

we had a great time and all what needed was well provided with very nice helpful stuff

we simply liked everything! All staff were very friendly and hospitable to us and especially our little dog. Great breakfast and delicious dinner too!
