The location of the apartment was excellent, easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the gondolas. The apartment was exceptionally spacious in all areas, which included a large walk in wardrobe, en-suite rooms with large bathrooms and a balcony accessible from the lounge and 2 bedrooms. We were provided with dressing gowns and slippers for the spa and pool area. We requested the room to be cleaned every other day by hanging the sign on our door, dishwasher tablets were replenished and towels were changed. The spa area is lovely, open from 4-8pm with sauna, outside pool which was heated and lounge chairs indoors which overlooked the town. Everything was very clean and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small ski shop on site where you can also store your skis.

The bathroom doors were partly opaque and glass which wasn't the most private, although you could easily put something in that area to block any vision and there wasn't a comfy traditional sofa but there was plenty of seating with blanket and cushions, which was fine. There wasn't an oven but here were 2 hot plates and a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge freezer, toaster , kettle and microwave

Little long waiting at check in and not clear information ( slightly nervous staff when we asked questions) Transparent wall between bathroom and bed room so you see others using toilet House keeping was only changing towels and empty garbage not cleaning the room for nearly a week Kitchen with some functioning challenges - one of the cooking plate didn’t work, freezer access is blocked Wellness not offering enough facilities (no jacuzzi, not enough warm water in swimming pool)

I was there in July with my Wife and Son. The in-house SPA was a must have condition and it is far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the center of Sölden, in a newly built and well maintained building with clean and well equipped rooms. The accommodation looks like on the pictures. We felt at home and it was worth the price.

In the summer time there is no reception. We had to go to another Hotel for the keys. Under our stay we could't find out how we can open the garage door from inside, but it could be our fault. The smart TVs cannot use to as a monitor and no option to use streamin services or to plug in a pendrive.

We had one of the new apartments on the 4th floor. Very nice. However two things were wrong which is strange for a new apartment - the bathroom sliding door didn’t close completely all the way. There was a crack and it’s right where the toilet is. So there’s not full privacy on toilet. - the curtains at the window were too short. I had to use a clip to hold them together so they would stay closed and no light would come in. I love having the window open at night for fresh air. However you hear loud people on the streets at night. And very loud church bells which wake you up at 6 am. The location is excellent for ski lift and restaurants. But if you stay a little further away it’s quieter.

Lighting in the living room could be better. Limited and very industrial. The rooftop pool was just too cold. The spa sauna was not hot enough to actually sweat. The spa area seems to have compromised too much of the utility to save costs. Not a usable feature in practice. This will influence our decision to book again.

New building, everything is great quality, spacious, very warm rooms, good kitchen. Perfect location, very walkable to the lift. The hotel also has ski service downstairs that can prepare your equipment overnight. Underground Parking is very convenient.

We had an EV and the hotel had the charger that’s twice more expensive than any charger nearby and no discounts for people staying here. Electricity is much more expensive than gas there. Heaters in the bathroom didn’t work even after they came and tried to fix it but we didn’t really need them this time. As the alternative there’s an electric fireplace that can heat up and dry your stuff. Blankets are more suitable for short people but you can always ask for extra one.

The location was great, nice quieter area with a few nice restaurants very close by. Apartment was very nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and nice big bathrooms. Sauna area was also good with multiple saunas and steam rooms.

The WiFi was pretty slow, not even fast enough for watching movies etc.... Also we visited in February and the rooftop pool was not very well heated, needed to be a few degrees warmer when the weather outside is cold, it was not comfortable to just relax in, you had to be swimming the whole time or you quickly became cold. Would not be good for kids. Also the jacuzzi area in the pool was not working while we were there, although it would have been to cold to sit in anyway.

The place was cozy and comfortable, the astonishing view of the rooms balconies allows you to enjoy the stream sound and the cold breeze it makes even during the hottest summer time.

The check in and checkout timings could be changed to be more flexible especially that some flights could arrive in late timings and driving to hotel could take some time because of the low speed streets in that beautiful city

The apartment and location were fantastic. Very clean, spacious, modern and comfy. We travel as 3 skiing friends 1ce a year for long weekend and have travelled all over the alps. This is the best accommodation so far. On the pricey side - but it's high season and not overly above other arrangements we have made. it really was a great place, modern and clean so it was worth it. Highly recommend.

The apartment was large and well located close to restaurants, shops, cable car. We had plenty of options to spend the time in the area, although the weather was not so great. The spa are was nice.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. The rest was really great.
