Very good location, on the main street, in the middle of Sölden. You could walk or take the free bus to all ski lifts. Excelent breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Dinner was not included, but we closed a package for the stay and it was very convenient and with good and abundant food. The place to store ski equipment is very convenient, between the hotel and the Vacancia ski school they work with.

No mini fridge in the room, not even in the "Superior" category. The "Klassic" rooms have a common balcony, so it's not possible to leave things you want to keep cooling or "airing" outside. We would have liked a little table and some chairs on the balcony. It would be nice if the hotel had a laundry room.

Excellent Breakfast and Dinner! Very friendly and helpful manager of the Restaurant who gave us the table we really liked and very pleasant staff in the Restaurant. Lovely Swimming pool with great showers and all very clean facilities , very central location.

The young Receptionist guy was not very friendly! Check out already at 10 am. Breakfast only until 10 am on weekends. Pool only opened at 7.45 am. Difficult to get to the room of "Superiors" with steps and long passages to get the actual lift. Save had to be repaired.

Easy parking. Easy dinner with no pirouettes made to get good food.

A bot far from the ski lifts. Bus transport to lifts was conveniently in front of the door but bus is always a bus. There is a funicular next door but it is slow so develops a queue. Coming back from the slopes it is possible to reach very close to the hotel.

Nice hotel, rooms are fine, a bit out dated, but clean. Good breakfast with every day a fresh baked egg or omlet. Very nice swimingpool en very central in the middle of Sölden. Supper facilities like ski locker and parking! Ski bus in front of the door and first lift to the ski slope was just 2 min walk!

Staff was awesome, the hotel has all the support that you need if you are a skier or mtb-er. From parking, storage , location, the staff and especially the sauna - everything is ACE !

Helpfulness & kindness of the staff, especially the nice lady at the reception. Breakfast was great and the sauna was excellent !

Good comfortable bed & clean warm rooms, great showers, lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Pool & spa were excellent & it was really useful to have ski storage at the hotel.

Bit noisy at night but only because of main road and church. Would have been nice to have some option for simple bar food, as main evening menu quite expensive if not doing half board.

The rooms are quite large and clean, perfect for a ski holiday. Spa is amazing, didn’t know before that is so nice, quite big pool, relaxation room, dry sauna, wet sauna and bio sauna. Also hydromassage for legs. Restaurant was amazing, quite good in the mornings but amazing in the evenings. Skiroom also amazing, first time I’m seeing ski lockers for each room.

Poor internet connection and in some areas.

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the bar staff, Elle and Agi from Latvia. The Spa and swimming pool were really nice at the end of a full on day skiing too. The hotel was well run and the room was very spacious. I would definitely stay again based on my weeks stay in April 2023.

Mattress could have been thicker and softer, I had trouble cooling the room down at night as there was no thermostat in our particular room. Traffic noise and church bells (6am every morning) may affect your sleep though not the hotels fault.

Wellness Area, general location in Sölden and breakfast

From 6:30 in the morning until approximately 21:30 there is a constant noise in the room I stayed that most probably comes from the extraction system of the kitchen.

Good location, standard Austrian breackfast, amazing dinner. Excelent spa area, nice swimming pool. Nice deluxe room.

Small garage, dificult to acces with elevator parts of the building, small swimming pool if hotel is full.
