Beautiful location , the room was comfortable and spacious (almost like a living room) and the TV options , for English speaking guests , were excellent ( all mainstream channels including BBC) - the buffet and main dinner options were of good quality and well presented and plentiful- my partner requires a vegan diet , and there was a vegan menu each evening which we appreciated - however the menu was only in German ( although the waitress did manually translate as best she could) - The Spa facilities and relaxation areas were excellent.

Despite emailing a couple of times regarding my partners vegan diet , there were limited options at breakfast - however we met with the buffet chef Elena towards the end of our stay who clearly had not been informed - she then made a huge effort to accommodate which was greatly appreciated. It would also help if buffet items were marked as vegan where appropriate to avoid constantly asking. Having said this, we would like to emphasise that all the staff were very accommodating and friendly when asked for anything - Thank you!

Food was SUPERB, Stuff was very nice and friendly, Location is outstanding on the Slope. Ski gear is rented at the hotel itself. SPA on the roof top is excellent and the view from there is breathtaking. I will definitely want to come again

this year I went for the second time, we will definitely go again next year. I think I will ask for a job there to move for good, I like it so much😊❤️

Truly wonderful place. Great stuff, great food and great view. Amazing location at the top of mountain pass. Atmosphere of mountain shelter. Dinner was great and stuff was friendly and very proffesional. Sauna and jacuzzi on the top is amazing.

Just two small disadvantages: there is no fridge (minibar) in the room. And floor in bathroom should be heated. It was cold after the shower.

We have paid high price for old fashion rooms in old part of building... Table for diner just behind corridor with weitrs traffic was top of the cream.....Very romantic dinner for us.. Food and servis was good, no complaints.
