Very well organised hotel, with nice views to the mountains, excellent dinner a la cart. The mornings buffet had plenty of choices, restaurant staff and the cleaning ladies were very polite and did an excellent job! Saunas, spa room well maintained with fresh towels. Parking space available and the hotel is in front of the bus stop for the ski bus to Sölden or Obergurgl. We loved the Christmas spirit in all areas of the hotel, the decoration and the small atrium living room next to the reception with the comfortable sofas and the fireplace that Markus constantly supplied with wood. Thank you all, Marcus family and team, for your hospitality!

A further choice of fresh fruits and fresh juice at the morning buffet would be appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent. The food generally was excellent in the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. There is a wellness spa in the basement which is really nice and generally under-utilized, but be aware that it is Europe and some people in the saunas are not wearing anything. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is kept very clean.

We wound up going at the very height of the season and about halfway through it seemed like they lost some of their restaurant staff, meaning too many people and not enough staff. This made them resort to turning the half-pension meals into buffets of varying quality. Seems temporary and the food when we first got there was terrific and probably their general standard. If you want the fixed-price dinners, you have to specifically tell them. The double rooms, at least the "comfort" class are not much bigger than the single ones and the single ones, at least for our party, have nicer bathrooms.

Sometimes it was difficult to select a meal for dinner - without milk/butter/cheese which I cannot eat.

The location is great for cardholders and ski bus users. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff and the manager are doing all they can do for you.

The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was okay, would be nice to have a coffee-machine for better coffee. Because we also loved to go skiing in Gurgl the location was excellent.

There was one person in the lobby that was a bit irritated and a bit hostile. Parking was sometimes a problem, not enough parking spots.
