This was our second stay at this hotel. Both times were as an overnight stop on a road trip from North-Western Germany to Bologna. For us the hotel is ideally situated just on the Italian side of the Brenner and offers that wonderful South Tyrolean mix of Austrian and Italian hospitality. This time we selected from the extensive Pizza menu and were not disappointed. The breakfast was a sumptuous cold selection typical of the Alps. The room was clean and comfortable but we spent more time outdoors enjoying the clean, fresh air. I do expect we will use this hotel again in the future. Oh, and it is sufficiently far away from the autostrada that you hear nothing of the constant lorries.

The only negative thing might be the location for someone as it is quiet far from "everything". But on the other hand, that might also be a good thing:) Also, regarding the spa, we were looking forward to jacuzzi as that was the main reason why we chode this accomodation, but unfortunately the water in it was cold even tho it showed that it had 30C. In fsct, it was max 20C. I tried to warm it up but it was locked on 30C maximum. But maybe there were issues due to the storm that day because we heard other guests complaining about cold water the next morning.

We really loved this hotel! First of all, the room was excellent – the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. We also appreciated that the room had towels, a hairdryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special praise – delicious, generous, and served in a pleasant atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also great – easy to access, quiet surroundings, and a big bonus – available parking! We also really appreciated how simple everything was – check-in was quick and easy, with no unnecessary hassle. Nothing was complicated – just perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Italian Alps. Everything was wonderful – thank you for the great hospitality!

Such an incredible hotel - Quiet, homely, exceptionally clean. We loved our stay so much we extended! It has beautiful shared areas. Great facilities - we especially loved the spa. The breakfast is sensational! The views. Very family friendly. We were traveling with our 8mo bub. Our room was so cosy and felt very new and clean. There is great food options nearby - we especially loved the buffet dinner next door at the 5star hotel. There is amazing hikes with beautiful waterfalls just up the road. The standout of our experience was our incredible host - Ilona! She made us feel so welcome and at home. Could not recommend Hotel Argentum enough. Will absolutely be back to stay again.

Awesome location. Helpful staff.The saunas and spa area is nice, it's imcluded .Helpful staff because one day the spa facilities were not working and they fixed it the next day. There was dog and love it . Parking in front of the hotel.

When we went it was raining so the bathroom was a bit smelly it's because of the old drainage systems. It's a area problem not the administration problem

Very clean and modern hotel at an amazing peaceful location. The rooms are spacious and in very good condition. We had a balcony facing huge mountains, it was beautiful. The receptionist is extremely kind and helpful. We had a chance to use the spa as well, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, turkish bath and infra sauna ( finnish sauna was not working or at least we couldnt find the button to turn it on). The breakfast is very rich and delicious. I totally recommend this hotel and if we have a trip around this area again, will stay here for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was flawless the atmosphere to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The location is truly exceptional, nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by mountains. It offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views, yet still easily accessible. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

i liked the room size, cleanness, breakfast was so various and delicious, the spa... all all was super amazing especially the receptionist Claudia she is so friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

What a wonderful stay! We booked an additional night because we loved it so much. Clean, comfortable, balcony, friendly staff, breakfast with lots of vegan options (thank you!!), free spa use, no mini fridge but staff kindly gave us a bag of ice for our cooler, and beautiful location. Would love to come back!

Modern and spacious room, quite location in the valley and close to Ladurns Ski resort There is a small Sauna and Whirlpool

We couldn’t have dinner in the evening because the restaurant was booked out. It would have been nice to have the information beforehand that a reservation is needed, even for guests of the house. The bed was ok comfortable, the mattress could have been better
