Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived too late for the evening meal as we paid for that in our package, but we had already called and knew that we would get food after 8.30 pm, and was greeted with fresh pizza and a drink and a sweet. The beds were very comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony. We would have used the spa etc but we arrived too late and left to early. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, would definitely stay here again.

For some reason we had no curtains.... Would have liked tea and coffee in the room.

Beautiful views on either from the spacious rooms in the hotel. Every room has its own large balcony . Large bathroom with toilet , 1 sink with mirror and a shower The shower was really good and as hot as you like within seconds . Really quiet rooms . The mattress on the bed was very firm though. A bit too hard in my opinion. (and I weigh 90kgs).. So lightweights among us like lots of women really lay on top of the bed. Breakfast was good and offered lots of choice

The bed in our room was extra firm I guess. I prefer a softer mattress ..

Nice staff, great location for enjoying the nature and the perfect view, or planning a day excursion with the kids. The hotel was next to a cable car. kids could play in the nice garden or in a room at the basement. I will stay again here, when I’m around. The dinner and breakfast were OK for the price we paid.

The room has almost nothing, even a safe. Dinner could be only ordered between 18:30 to 19:30 h.

The view from the room and the back yard is simply spectacular. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely restaurant with wonderful pizzas in the restaurant. We arrived rather late and we were tired, hungry and it started raining so we were so happy to eat in. Morning buffet included in the price was very good.

There was no A.C or fan in the room, so we left the door of the terrace open, and unfortunately woke up very early because of the children in the next room.

The breakfast was rather limited as to what I'm used to but it was nice :) the bread was really lovely and the juices too. I really appreciated they had vegan margarine as I cannot eat dairy The staff is super helpful and lovely, like, really thank you so much you waited for our checkin :) they serve pizza in the evenings and it was really nice, the pizza was thin and crusty...really nice.

The only "hot mean" was scrambled eggs, I missed some sausages or bacon... and I lacked some vegetables. But still it was not a simple breakfast. We stuffed ourselves and went further to dolomites :) not being hungry for hours

Great views from the balcony and from inside the bedroom. The room size was good and light. Very peaceful. There was a good selection of food for breakfast.

The bedroom furniture were dated. The lighting was a mixture of old, new working and not working lights. Shower cubicle panel was broken. Overall it feels like it has passed its best and now its time to start modernising.

A nice hotel with a wonderful view. We had a delicious breakfast , served buffet style, with items like yoghurt , milk , cereals and freshly cut fruits and vegetables; eggs, sliced meat/sausages freshly baked breads and cakes.

Unfortunately we didn't have a fridge in the room.

The location is outstanding. Tucked away in the mountains next to the Ski Lift. Beautiful! The restaurant was amazing and the waiters were attentive. I suggest the pasta for dinner and enjoy a lovely breakfast buffet. 5 stars!!

The pillows were tiny-ish. We brought our own though.

The hotel is situated in a awesome location, closed to a cablecar Station for this I fully recommend. Breakfast is really good , in a nice room, with so many types of cold cuts, cheese,fruits and vegetables and friendly stuff.

It was a sofa there , which need to be removed ( was Broken) and in the toilet was a empty box of tissue which better can be removed from there.

Good size room. Great view from the balcony. Fresch bathroom. Convenient parking just outside.

1. A bit of a disappointment that the dinner restaurant was closed Wednesdays. Had to go 5km to eat. Even worse for those on bicycles. 2. Another disappointment was that no cappuccino was served at breakfast. Must be the only place in Italy.
