The location was beautiful and allowed us access to 2 regions of the Dolomites. The old town was perfect place to stroll and had great eating establishments. The breakfast that came with our booking was very good. The views from the balcony were amazing.

We had some initial trouble finding the parking garage and understanding how to access, but that was due to communication breakdown (language differences)

About 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean, cheerful, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. A fan was in the room. Breakfast had a good selection of German food...breads, cheeses, eggs, meat, yogurt.

It was difficult for me to find the entrance even with an app on my phone because of Old Town walls blocking the way and view. It was very quiet except for the doors of guests' rooms on the other side of the hall.

Easy to reach, super clean, the staff is totally kind and ready to help, there is a lovely pizzeria just few meters from it, in case one does not want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The rooms have all the amenities expected in a 3* Hotel.

The parking area can be full so that you will have to find a parking space outside. It should be guaranteed that those having breakfast very early get the same fresh croissant as the ones coming later. I had the feeling that the croissant served at 06:30 were from the day before, at 7 somebody brought new and filled up the plate. The rest was very good, in general the breakfast is lovely.

Easy access to the city center and only a 10-ish minute walk to Roskopf ski lift. very clean room and decent breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature in the room so it did get quite warm with the heat on. The shower area is exposed to the main room area, which was a little odd. Bed was a little hard pillows were a little flat, but I still slept OK.

Nice hotel very close to town center. Room was specious and we liked the bathroom that was modern. We got crib for our baby which was of great help. Parking is just ourltside the hotel which was great as we are family with child and dog.

Breakfast offer could be improved.

The location is really nice. Nice small town. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The receptionist was very nice. We had free parking. There is an elevator which was good because we has a stroller.

I did not like that we needed to pay extra for our child who is very small, because he sleeps between us in bed. I would have been nice to have a room where the elevator go to with the stroller. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and we had a room on the 4th floor.

dead easy to find the location and the reception was manned and open until 10PM at least, so I did not have to worry about self check in procedures. receptionist for the day was gifted with a friendly face he was perfect for the job. Nice balcony, and views from it. Innsbruck rates are so overpriced, what are they thinking?? so this is why I have decided to stay the night in nearby Südtirol instead where a shoulder season rate didn't break the bank. If you don't have a car, you can take a mini van city bus to BRAUNHOF high in the mountains, but I warn you hikes up there are tough and steep.

made me feel uneasy as a solo traveler depending on public transit and the vibe wasn't right. Typical groups and couples accommodation, the signs were there because I was denied breakfast. I don't know if I should have talked back and demanded my complimentary food but since the breakfast staff was disrespectfully rude, I left asap. Also, I nearly made a disastrous mistake for the second time that there are no trains between 1103 and 1303 back to Brenner and then the remaining leg to Innsbruck HBF was delayed as well, I was shaking like al leaf from being tense!! just made my flight by the skin of my teeth!! Lesson learned, next time stay in Innsbruck.

The man at reception was friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We ate a lovely evening meal and the breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed here several times before when the parking was free but now you have to pay for it.

4 persons room, quite big, with kitchen area: induction stove, microwave, some plates, forks and big balcony with impressive mountain view. Walk-in shower and bidet in bathroom. Own parking spot in underground garage. All of it makes it very comfortable.

Shower floor not leveled properly leads to flooding whole bathroom floor. Coffee on the breakfast was bad, no espresso option. Tables very close to each other, so You can hear everybody's talk.

The location is very good, close to the town center and to the highway access. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room spacious and very clean. with lovely view over the mountains. Breakfast is excellent.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.
