What a great time here, the location was perfect, we made a lot of hikings. About the stay in the Hotel, everything was PERFECT, especially the Service, on the reception, very kind two young people, at the Bar, but for one person, I have to say, he is for sure the best waiter I know. We stayed till now in lots of other Hotels, but we never had such great service till now. This is one of the reasons why we sure come back to this place. We often stop at this hotel in summer for 1–2 nights on the way to the beaches in Italy. It’s great for a short stay, with a pool and enough toys to keep kids happy for a night or two. The surroundings are beautiful and perfect for day trips.

The buffet salad was good, but the rest of the food was just okay. One unpleasant moment: during dinner, the receptionist came to our table to ask for our 2.5-year-old’s passport (already on file from a previous stay) — this really could have waited. Also, no glasses in the room and no air conditioning, which makes summer nights uncomfortable. Internet was not good!

Good location, good breakfast and dinner, nice pool and Spa. I may book it , if I am around again for a night or two.

The dinner menu was very limited. The hotel was fully booked, so they could have more options for the dinner. There is no air conditioning in the room. We arrived in a warm day, and got a room towards the river side. At night we had no choice than opening the window but the river was very loud. There was no glasses in the room and when I asked at the reception, they mentioned that they do not provide glasses in the room, because they can break! Are you serious? They also mentioned that there was plastic cups hanging somewhere on the wall. When I checked for that, I found 100 ml plastic cups. This is really a shame for four star hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel! We stayed for a couple of nights for my birthday, with two small kids and had a wonderful time. The location is stunning, with access to beautiful hikes within walking distance. The food was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and provide an exceptional experience for my birthday. The rooms were super clean, cozy and very well organized. The kids loved the kids club and the water slide in the pool. Honestly one of the best hotels we've been to!

Quiet location yet close to most attractions - ski slopes, hiking trails, medieval town. Exceptionally clean, nice spa facilities with a great choice of beauty treatments. Food is delicious and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast was full of choices. The room was modern and warm, comfortable, good size for family. The swimming pool is warm and quite big with mini sliding area which is children just loved. The hotel located in village in mountain but we reached there by car and we travelled around. We recommend to visit Bolzano city (in just one hour from hotel by car) and Outlet Center Brenner (20 min by car)

The floor in room was not clean, our socks was just dirty in 10minutes. All staff were friendly and professional but on the second evening when we came for a dinner and while we tried to order orange juice for our son the waiter just send me to pick up it from the main buffet. Okay, i went, but i didnt find any. Then i catch one of different waiters and asked about orange juice and he explained that i have to order from my waiters . And by the way, he forgot to bring second course from our half board menu...he directly bring a dessert and then we kindle asked him to check in list of menu what we would like to eat.. it was disappointed, because the day before we had a wonderful waiter and service as well.

The highlight of this hotel is the 3 course dinner included in the price, in addition to breakfast and an afternoon snack. The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly. It's located in a quiet area between mountains right next to a water stream. Our room had a balcony and a view of the stream. There are many hiking possibilities nearby. The pool was not crowded at all and the temperature of the air and water was very pleasantly warm.

The pillows are too flat.

If we could, we would rate the hotel 12 points! His entire staff is amazing and we are especially grateful to Enzo who made our stay a very pleasant one. The hotel hosts congratulated us on our birthday and it was very unexpected and sweet! Quiet location of the hotel, with beautiful views from the room balcony, a soothing waterfall nearby. Interesting room design, extremely tasty food, great spa area.

Nicely furbished hotel, with pretty good spa and swimming pool with small slide for kids. Friendly staff.

They charge for little things you expect to be included f.e. if you stay shorter than 5 days they charge you for bathrobe, they charge you for pitcher of tap water 3 EUR. Parking is almost always full and not thought through When you enter full garage, you can not turn around and have to back it up.
