We liked absolutely everything in the hotel. The half board was an excellent choice, great breakfast and a dinner we have not experienced anywhere else before. Great variety of really delicious food put together by the chefs, served by an extremely friendly staff making all your wishes come true. We have used the hotel owned ski bus to get to the ski resort in the morning and back in the afternoon. It brings you from the ski room of the hotel directly to the Kalcheralm lift. After the whole day skiing the sauna was great to relax for the adults before the dinner, while the kids could play in the swimming pool or cards in the lobby. The double room in the main house was very clean and big enough for 4 person.

The leisure program, not every hotel does that, every nicht and also during the days several activities were purposed, like gala night like bingo night, and during the day also a snow walk tour with snowshoes! Lovely, thanks to the amazing Walter!

The pool could have had a couple of degrees more. A sauna could be open sooner than 14;30, in particular during bad weather days! Another point we have had a double bed with two single mattress, the hole in the middle, terrible!

Wonderful location, very close to the ski lift, close to a nice town, which has also hospital (just in case..). Staff were extremely friendly, they were able to arrange something fun every night, plenty of food at the restaurant and everyone seemed to appreciate both food and entertainment. They accepted dogs, which was fundamental in our case. Will try this place also during the summer!

The facilities were amazing especially with half board.

One of the people I was with had allergies and couldn't eat meat so some meals unfortunately they missed out on. One staff member was not professional chewing gum while talking to us as she handed us our food and didn't look very happy to be working.

The breakfast is AMAZING! The swimming pool is beutiful and with a connection between the inside and the outside and is quite big - very impressive. The views are obviously lovely and location is unique. The dinner was nice and tastey as well The rooms are very big although we had the ones with the roof drop which we bannged our had into a couple of times :). It was clean as well.

Some minor issues like a very slow internet connection, some amenities were missing (e.g. shampoo) and a small tear in a sheet. The beds are soft but comfy.

Wonderful view, nice and clean room. Really good food and plenty of it! Clean and calm saunas in the annex building. The staff was lovely, everyone was nice and helpful. Transfer from and to the train station was included.

The room was spacious and comfortable Great bathroom (shower + bathtub) Amazing food! The pool was great,just the right temperature Proximity to the ski slopes.

Our room was located above the restaurant and it was a little noisy, no chance of an early evening. But the music stopped at 11 sharp every night.

Amazing views in the area. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are mostly comfortable. Its a really nice drive, especially if you go over the mountain. It has nice amenities.

There is no air conditioning, so it gets a bit warm.

The location was perfect! The view breathtaking! The calmness is unmatched. You could really relax and enjoy the fresh air, the food and everything the hotel has to offer.

A minibar is a must in a hotel room as we didn’t have anything to drink.
