This is a real gem and I would like to keep this secret. But hey-ho, we need to help fellow travellers. This is a real gem. The hotel is pretty much brand new, so all the areas - rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool, spa are spick-and-span. Our 2-bedroom suite was cozy, but spacious at the same time. Everything was in perfect working order and good condition. Breakfast choice is wide and of great freshness and quality. Dinners at La'Liv were also delightful with great food inventiveness, variety, visual appeal and quality of preparation. The pool/ spa are are also wonderful. The pool is indoor/ outdoor, very clean, quite large and never crowded. And an added bonus - the hotel is just 200m/ 3 min walk from Gaislachkogel cable car valley station. We'll definitely return on our next trip to Sölden.

Stilish, elegant, cozy, comfortable, quiet. I loved this place for the people, the food, the services. Yes it’s a bit expensive, but really worth it: - skybar with restaurant - fully fledged SPA, I missed only the massages (but I didn’t ask) - warm pool inside and outside. Having a swim at -2 is a strange experience - internal sky room at 200mt from the main gondola - covered parking (I parked on arrival and moved the car only when I left) - amazing food with plenty of choices and styles (Miso Soup was astonishing) at breakfast and dinner - I never had lunch Excellent communication. Great experience. I’ll come back

Sölden is quite far from my place, and makes it not really easy to get there. I would suggest to visit at least for 3-4 days, otherwise the travel would be predominant. The Secret was so comfortable I didn’t look to visit the rest of the town, basically I’ve been skiing full day, having SPA, have an aperitivo in the skybar and then dinner

The hotel is beautiful. Facilities are excellent. We had a suite, which was superb, 2 large bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, a kitchen/lounge area, and a large balcony. Loads of storage space. The pool area is very relaxing, very clean. The spa area is the same. A small but adequate gym. Food was also very good, though the selection was limited but could have been because we went off season, so the hotel was generally quiet. A huge clean and well lit garage area. With all storage for bikes and ski equipment. FREE car charging! There is a small deli' area, basically a couple of snacks and drinks, vending machines, which is more convenient than you think. Great idea. Very close to the lift to the 007 Experience.

Unfortunately, due to timing, the Sky Bar was not open, which, if I was honest, was the reason I decided to try this hotel (we've been visiting Solden for over 20 years). It is a good 15/20 minute walk to the centre. It can be a confusing hotel to navigate. There are many outter buildings connected to the main hotel area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Secret hotel in Söelden, Austria, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff, who made us feel right at home. Their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for guests made our stay truly special. The hotel's facilities are exceptional. The pool, spa, and workout facility are all great! The spa area, in particular, is a perfect retreat for unwinding, and the pool was a highlight for us. We opted for the half-board option, and we really liked the quality and variety of the food. The breakfast buffet had everything we could ever want, from fresh fruit to eggs made to order. Patrizia is the best! Her warm and attentive service made each morning even more enjoyable, and we loved getting to know her during our stay. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and incredible service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Söelden!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a mountain hotel. The large, elegantly furnished apartment was conveniently close to the ski lift. The staff were welcoming, and the spacious garage was appreciated. The excellent breakfasts and tasty afternoon snacks after skiing were perfect. Overall, a fantastic choice for any ski holiday. Highly recommend!

The hotel pool was often crowded with families and children, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere I was seeking. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was almost always full, making it challenging to secure a dinner reservation. Even when attempting to reserve a table early in the morning, I found it fully booked, which was a significant inconvenience, forcing me to look for alternative dining options nearby.

Food is far away from other 4 stars hotels we stayed before in Tirol. No local food, not much selection , after dinner we were always hungry and you have to eat the menu they make , no other option. We like to eat home made butter, jams ..etc but I didn’t understand the miso butter at dinner. If you don’t mind food , it’s a great choice. We come to Tyrol to have local quality food, we didn’t get that.

It’s a stunning hotel in a fantastic location close to key amenities but also very quiet. The gondola is only 5 minutes walk away, and the facilities for storing your skiing equipment are excellent. We had a fabulous time and we’re made to feel very welcome by the staff - will definitely go again.

Absolutely everything. the property was so well designed and thought out both on the outside and inside. Everything was easy to access and the beautiful central lounge was a lovely place to relax, enjoy afternoon snacks and play a game of chess.

Fantastic place. Great breakfast, facilities are top. EV chargers also in place with no free charging, something I dont find very often. Free coffee and cakes everyday from 2-5, which is great after spending morning in the mountains, kids loved it. Fantastic indoor and outdoor pool, connected Apartment was simply perfect, nice terrace, two rooms, two baths Location ideal, just a few minutes walk from cable car. Lots to do: biking, downhill biking, hiking and nice visits to the glacier etc....great for kids. Super friendly staff also makes your stay even better, all of them! we will come back

The stairs to the bathroom in the two bedroom master bedroom. A bit dangerous even with the motion light, it goes off before you come back out. Should be one down by bottom stair too. Bad design of room, no stairs would be better.
