The room was spacious and well isolated. I loved the wardrobe room where I could store the clothes, shoes and the luggage conveniently. The bathroom was also big and well equipped. The room was warm and quiet. I loved the large windows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and good and the starting time was flexible which helped a lot to keep my schedule. There are plenty of parking places so it was easy to find an empty slot even at the late evening. The hotel has a bar with a good athmosphere so it is a proper place for relaxing after a hard day in work. There is a covered entrance where you can take your luggage from the car whithout getting wet when it is raining.

The hotel has no restaurant and the nearest one is at about 10 minutes walk distance but if the weather is good you can reach the downtown after a 20 minutes walk where you can find dozens of good restaurants and coffee shops and a beautiful old town which is really worth to see.

The room was large and it had nice and stylish furniture. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. The room was located in a separated building and it was quiet and well isolated. The breakfast was rich and I liked the outrdoor tables. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I liked the free and large parking lot.

I can only mention the electric outlets near the desk which were out of order. I told it to the reception so I hope it will be resolved by the next time when I'm going there.

The corridor on the top floor and the staircase could have benefitted from some air conditioning or, at least, an open window. Otherwise, everything was OK.

Very nice reception staff that made us feel most welcome. The room we got must have been an upgrade as it was huge and very grand. Super clean except for the couches were a bit worn/old. The bathroom was amazing, a huge bath and a shower. 2 toilets, 2 sinks and simply beautiful. The bathroom products smelt so lovely! Bed was super comfortable. Free parking outside was a bonus.

A tiny bit far to the main town of Steyr if you are walking 15-22mins depending on where you want to go and was on a somewhat busy road. Fine for most people, but didn't really fancy it with the baby so drove in.

Good location with excellent access by car, just 10 minutes walking from the city center. The hotel has a big free parking space. I would especially like to note the staff at the reception - very polite and responsive.

Easy to find and park congress hotel in Steyr. Not a long walking distance along river to city center. Communicative staff. Cozy outside breakfast area wit trees and squirrels (well at least one).

Air conditioning wa snot working. Some furnitures are tired and need to be changed soon.

Beautiful clean hotel, rooms were large with large en-suite and walk in dressing room with fridge and aircon. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied with good range of choises. Hotel has parking and is 5- 10 minute walk to the very beautiful old town

Nothing it was perfect

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and was very satisfied. The hotel staffs were all friendly and kind, and they always did their best to satisfy my needs. The room was very quiet, clean and very well organized, with everything I needed and nothing I didn't need. Toilet and bathroom were also good to use, and bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.

If I had to find even a small thing, in my case it was very near from the train station by car, so I walked, but it was quite difficult to move because I had a lot of luggage and the road to the hotel was not easy. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend using taxi or car.
