Location, cleanliness and kindness of the receptionist. I came to relax and it was really the right place for that.

I forgot some of my personal belongings after leaving and contacted them via email to keep them until I return, but unfortunately I did not find an answer.

I really appreciated all the extras, like a kids corner, which was well equipped, the laundry room and kitchen corner. I also enjoyed the terrace for a drink. Rooms are very cozy, you cannot hear almost anything which i absolutely loved and the shower is amazing and huge.

Just that our room was entered twice by the cleaning staff without knocking. Dinner could be better for the price, kinda felt like it was one of those ready to microwave meals.

The property was well located with eating and drinking venues within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket underneath the hotel and rooftop terrance for lovely views and place to relax. The rooms were well equipped, comfortable and clean.

You may struggle if you choose to cook anything large in the kitchenette area. But with many places to eat, we never used it.

We really appreciated the thoughtful touches at harry's home in Steyr. Our room had a kitchenette which had all we needed to make a breakfast, heat a meal etc. The room was spacious, with a separate space for hanging clothes and storing luggage etc We noticed there were common areas on each floor where you could make a cup of tea or coffee if you didn't have a kitchen in your room. The laundry was well designed, clearly labelled and a real bonus, even a basin for hand washing if needed. We recommend this especially for long term travellers. Located just above the old town so a very convenient location.

Service at the reception (except the head of the staff) could be more friendly and take guest as the guest not like disturbing. More smile should be better and solve more than strictly saying no or I do not know why and/or its problem yours and booking.com, not us. I have also never met that the service refused to give me small Beer and Glass of wine 15 minute before oficial opening hours of the bar. Which is changed from day to day. Who from one ore two day guests has it know without any announcement from the sice of the staff. One unpolite receptionist could change mind from perfect accommodation, room as well as beaty city.

Staff was incredibly friendly! Upon check-out, we mentioned the hazzle it had been to get into the bike storage room and were quickly informed that they were in the process of installing a key-card based lock. We sugessted that it would be nice to be able to rent a child-seat along with their e-bikes and they (who i believe was the manager) immediately said that that sounded like a great idea and that they would get right on it. The kids play area offers many ways to keep your little ones occupied for hours. What else... oh: The showers are awesome. And you have a shopping mall in the same building (and a 24h ice-cream vending machine around the corner.. need i say more?)

If anything: a waste bin of some sorts in the kids play area would be nice to have.

The hotel has an excellent location. The garage under the building was very convenient. The room was big and attractive. The bathroom was big and well equipped.

As I did not pay the room at the check-in then the hotel did book a large amount of money on my account whithout any prior notice. This money allocation was not removed when I payed the room at the check-out so I couldn't use that amount for at least two weeks. The mains plugs were near the bed only so it was uncomfortable to work on my laptop however the desk was easily moved which I liked.

Very friendly staff, nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast. A spacious room. A microwave, plates etc. available for guests. We could opt-out from a cleaning service, save money and care about the environment.

Nothing I could think of :) But get ready for a long walk to find your room. There's a long, narrow corridor and the signs might be a bit confusing for some.

The hotel is in a shopping center, which is good as parking is solved in a garage and you can shop whatever you may need. The building is a modern one and the rooms are built in a very nice way. Lots of space, very cool and new setup and the rooftop where they serve breakfast has a great view too.

Great location, just outside the historic city center. Easy access by car and reasonably priced underground parking. Groceries and other shops in the same building as the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable beds. Good internet access.

The kitchen could be better equipped; it didn't have enough plates and utensils for three people. Out room had windows opening to an indoor balcony. No ventilation or fresh air - had to use the aircon instead all the time.
