Extremely welcoming friendly and helpful owner who kindly organised the room so we could check-in early as the weather was vile. Good kitchen and bathroom and fantastic views from the balcony.

The bedroom was rather small. The whole apartment was extremely dark and the lighting inadequate to make up for the lack of natural light. A few things missing like a hairdryer. Also for those staying longer, a washing machine, even a shared one, would be awesome. Be prepared for a very windy narrow road. The location is well away from any town or facilities but this is both a positive and a drawback depending on what you are wanting.

The Apartments were cosy and clean.The Waterfall in the yard is very refreshing and must to try:).Also, the view all around the house and if you go a little bit up(especially in the evening) is breathtaking.Moreover , there are many beautiful hiking places around.Many thanks to the host Richard who made this stay more memorable.Its definitely the place where you would like to come back someday. The property is set in a beautiful mountain location, with incredible views! Inside everything is modern and tastefully furnished and the room was very clean. Richard is an incredible host and really took the time to look after us and share his knowledge of the local area which enhanced our experience!

The location was amazing, a personal waterfall five meters removed from the front door and sight of the Krimmler. Richard is a lovely guy with insight info into great hiking trails. Rooms were clean and straightforward. Breakfast was nice and simple. We would definitely go again.

An electrical outlet to each side of the bed would be ideal. We only had 1 on the right side.

The location of haus Grubl is perfect. the views are also spectacular. amazing hosts. I would 100% stay again. make sure to open your window at night for the beautiful sounds of the waterfall

The house is at a beautiful spot, still not far from town or the Krimml Falls, but they even have their own little waterfall. Comfortable rooms, easy parking, professional and helpful staff.

Incredible hotel that you would want to stay in. Incredible scenery. The waterfall that flows under the windows makes for a great night's sleep. Thank you for the warm welcome, everything was superb.

We had a wonderful stay in Haus Grübl. We definitely recommend the place. Nice tender, good breakfast, calm location and convenient to reach Königsleiten ski resort.

The owner was extremely nice and helpful and made us feel very at home. He was full of stories and information on the area. Breakfast was great!
