The location is outstanding, just 10 minutes away from the center of Neukirchen, with a beautiful view. The staff gave us two rooms connected through a inner door, so we had a lot of space and two bathrooms for the whole family (two adults and two kids). Both rooms were equipped with shower, TV, big beds and a balcony. The hotel has also a small playground and a small swimming pool (both very nice for kids). There is also a wellness area, but we didn't use it. Last but not least, there is a roomy garage for parking bicycles. IMPORTANT: the "Nationalpark Sommercard" was included in the cost of the hotel! The card entitles you to free use of local transportation , as well as discounts - or even free access - for a number of attractions. It really worths a lot!

Beautiful Location. Homey Family Hotel with very Friendly family in the middle of nature. Big clean and comfortable Room with a stunning view of the mountains. Swimming pool and small playground super with kids. Definetly recommend and would come again! Thank you for a lovely Time.

Nice big landhouse in oldskool Austrian style (which i really like). We booked the double family room which was spacious, clean, and cosy. Nice breakfast too and friendly and welcoming owners and staff. The Summer Card that you get is great - free access to the cable cars nearby which is a big plus (easily saves you like 100 euros for a family).

Mattress are a bit run down and saggy, but all in all we slept very well. :)

We had a fantastic time. Very close to the Wildkogel Arena skiing area, which is very suitable for families. Also the dinner was great. Family hotel, which is run by friendly people

It is a very nice hotel. it has newer and older buildings connected to each other. newer part of the hotel has nicely organized spa and swimming pool outside. Staff is very friendly. The room is big enough, with big and comfortable bed. We did not have a chance to try the dinner there, the breakfast was good. There is a spacious parking lot next to the hotel.

In general, there is nothing what could be mentioned from the negative side. Sure, the older part of the hotel is older, but you do not feel it, just can see from what type of things are installed in the house - this definitely adds its charm.

Everyone was very friendly and our room was spacious and clean. Their sauna and hot tub were super nice as well. We will definitely come back when in area again.

Comfortable 4 bed apartman, ideal for families. Near to the skibus stop.

Great location, wonderful staff. breakfast, parking and the spa were all included. Decent sized rooms, bed was fairly comfortable, but no fridge

My only complaint was that the spa is only open from 1500 until 2000.
