We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel truly welcome and at home. The atmosphere of the place is so warm and inviting, with a lovely vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality food. We loved the heated swimming pool—it was perfect for unwinding after a long journey—and the food overall was excellent. A genuinely delightful experience, and we’d happily come back again!

Aparthotel Garni Schranz is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The owner is very friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and offers a fully equipped kitchenette, which is very convenient. The food here is excellent, and you will definitely enjoy it. There are great activities for children – a pool, trampoline, and pedal bikes are freely available, ensuring lots of fun. The location is ideal for cycling trips and hikes through the beautiful Alpine landscapes. Overall, it is the perfect place for a vacation, and we will definitely be happy to return!

There was the owner who really enjoys at his job. He adds up to the whole travelling experience, as you drive a long distance, and he greets you with a smile after a long day. He has a special connection with children, remembers their names, and playfully interacts with them. He makes you feel a heartwarming welcomed guest and I wish I would see more people like this in this world.

The host is very articulate and knowledgeable. He is very much a people person and makes the stay very pleasant for people. Nothing it too much trouble. The meals were excellent and generous, and well priced. The restaurant was run very smoothly and again the personalities of the chef (and again the host who also works within the restaurant at night and is the host at breakfast) were very much a part of the enjoyable experience. The location was beautiful. Lovely family run pensione.

Ideally we would have liked to have been accommodated in an apartment rather than 3 separate rooms but that was more a reflection of the popularity of this place rather than a criticism. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The staff were fabulous - a very warm welcome and great service. Particularly wonderful with my children, making them laugh and feel at home! The room was a little apartment, which was a really high standard and very comfortable.

The weather!!!! Sadly we were not able to enjoy the pool or outside due the rain - but that did not hamper our stay!!! (plus we're Brits, so felt like home!)

Absolutely perfect. The host couldnt do anymore for me. As a disabled traveller he could see i was struggling and instead of charging more money like some hotels (yha innsbruck) to move me to a lower ground floor room. This kind gentle man gave me a downstairs apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for him, always attentive, always there when i needed anything. God bless you sir, i wish there were more like you.

Very friendly owner who would have a conversation & few jokes with you. I thought it was a very personal touch. There was also an area where you could store your motorbike out of the rain at the back of the premises. I would highly recommend this place.

The location is perfect. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for. The breakfast was good. And the owner was very nice and accommodating. For those who like to go cross-country skiing, there is a loipe at the back, in winter.

The food in the hotel is excellent and provides plenty of home made delicious specialties. Staff is very friendly and helpful and creates a very positive atmosphere. All that at a great price for value ratio.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The host and staff are very friendly and helpful.
