Everything! Clean, great size room with separate bedroom. Heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna area. So good after skiing. Pleasant helpful staff. Modern but with classic Austrian feel also …..

I have to think hard. For me nothing sticks out in mind that I was not happy with.

the room stated that there would be 8 normal beds including bunkbed (as the pictures show) but when we arrived this was not available and 2 beds were made up in the living room (sofa). The hotel however apologized and offered a good solution.

It is not easy to find something, maybe the lack of parking places in the garage.

The property is so beautiful and it’s right next to the ski lift. The sauna and steamed room are awesome! The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.

The menu is not in English. They need to consider putting the English since tourists are coming from another country.

we had an apartment so no cleaning service was included. I had expected service at least a couple of times in our week long stay (but no drama).

Wow, what a great hotel and stay we had. Very friendly staff, really well decorated/ renovated rooms, restaurants etc, all in cozy/ classic/ modern Austrian style. All conveniences in the room are available like spacious shower, locker, bathrobe/shoes to enjoy sauna/ swimming pool. Spacious parking and ski room facilities in the basement. The hotel is in the middle of the center. Our dinner and breakfast was very tasty.

The room was just big enough, we found the breakfast a bit too expensive per person. All the rest was great.

Location near the cable, friendly employees, excelent swimming pool.

No room cleaning during the 5 days of accomodation, not even the garbage removal.

Some of the little things were starting to show, towel hanger lose, bathroom vanity plank under mirror also lose.

Clean and spacey apartament with a great view from balcony, very close to ski lift. Delicious food in restaurant. Shops nearby. Staff really helpful.
