breakfest is excelent, let me recommend additional items, not present on buffet. I especially loved omelette or scrambled egs.

Charging e-car is binded with pricy parking in garage. I would appreciate charging without necessity to pay for garage.

The interior of the hotel was so beautiful, modern with a special twist. Our room was spacious & very comfortable. The Neusiedler Lake is only 2 minutes away. The food in the hotel restaurant as well as the close restaurants (DasFritz & Zur Blauen Gans) had excellent food. You can visit Bratislava and Vienna by taking the train and the station is close. The pool area was also beautiful.

The spa area was sufficient with one small sauna. There are only 5 loungers, so only a few people can use the spa at the time. Nevertheless, it‘s great to have the sauna.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The views from the hotel were absolutely lovely and made our stay feel extra special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice to start the day right. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

I booked this hotel very last minute for work but chose here specifically so I could incorporate some rest/relaxation at the same time! And I'm so glad I did! The hotel is beautifully designed and has an effortlessly calming energy which is complimented by being so close to the water. The room was very modern but cosy at the same time. Everything I needed was right there and placed where most convenient. The rooms have clearly been designed thoughtfully with all types of guests in mind. There was nothing in there that hadn't been placed with attention to detail ie. where/who/what it would be needed for. I loved this. My room was one of the smallest and at the back of the building. Because the room was so lovely, it didn't bother me. Everything is spotless also, from the rooms to the pool! An extra highlight is definitely the breakfast. So much choice and so fresh and tasty. I will absolutely be back alone and/or with my husband!

If I HAD to say anything negative, it would only be that the staff seemed to lack a little enthusiasm. I found all the staff generally professional and polite but most of them (there were a couple of exceptions including the young guy who checked the TV and the lovely lady who lent me her jump leads!) seemed quite unhappy to be there/extremely bored. I don't necessarily think this is the worst thing in the world, just a shame... If the hotel wasn't so fantastic I think this would be more of an issue for customers. With a little more effort engaging with guests (and first rather than waiting on the guest to come to them) and some smiling, this hotel really would be pretty perfect.

Exceptionally beautiful interior and comfortable furnishings, friendly staff (especially the waiters), good and diverse breakfast, tranquil atmosphere all around, pleasant lake views, very good food in the restaurant

Although the pool area is generally pleasant, the music is too loud (can be heard in some of the rooms as well) and and it feels like they are trying to force a “cool” beach bar vibe. This it is simply not and it would be a lot more enjoyable to enjoy the tranquility and quiet. Also, it has to be said, charging 2,50 for a jar of tap water in the restaurant is absurd.

The hotel is a perfect getaway just an hour from Vienna - great for exploring Burgenland and escaping the city business. Everything was excellent: the pool facilities, the very comfortable room, and spotless cleanliness. An ideal oasis for a couple of relaxing days.

While the staff were friendly, the service felt a bit passive - we often had to figure out breakfast or activity options ourselves. For a hotel of this level, a more proactive approach would make the experience truly outstanding.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can tell that the hotel was built very recently, its very modern, clean and just has a really nice feel. This was our last stop after driving round Austria for a week and we just wanted to decompress and relax - and this hotel certainly hit the mark. The outdoor pool is heated - my partner got in, still a bit cool for me. Dinner was really nice and the breakfast spread was lovely. Would be great to visit again in the summer.

Outrageous to charge €24 for parking, luckily we didn't bother and just turned up and there is a free parking literally next door - do not book parking with the hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel right by the lake. We were completely satisfied there. Hotel is very luxury and new. We stayed in big hotel suite with balcony and lake view. All equipment is modern. We really enjoyed sunbed on the balcony. Suite also has a kitchen, which is very convenient. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Outdoor pool. Burgenland card is included, so you have a free entrance to all beaches around the lake and discounts to some museums, castles and many other places.

It is a very stylish, modern hotel in a great location. We have visited twice, and the hotel has improved since our last stay. The breakfast now offers a great variety, the pool is no longer too cold, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

The rooms lack sun-blocking curtains, so we were awake at 5:30 AM as soon as the sun came up. If this could be addressed, this would be my dream hotel. And perhaps this should be an adults-only hotel, as it can be quite disruptive to hear a baby crying while enjoying a gourmet fine dining experience.
