The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is nice to have a kettle in the room with cups as well as bags of coffee and tea. A mini bar with juices and water was included in the price in our room. The breakfast was fantastic.

There is a lack of space for storing luggage and storing a wardrobe. Washing hands is not convenient because of the faucet that sprays a lot. The aerator should be cleaned of limescale. Everything else was great.

Staff was very nice, the design and lights in the bedrooms were beautiful, the view was great, bed was comfortable, they gave me sparkle water

The building sort of looks like it doesn't belong to the area, very grey and modern and it doesn't fit in the area, also price was pretty high for a room without a kitchen, soap had no labels so no way to know if it was vegan or tested on animals, also what's inside or isn't inside

The hotel is located exactly next to Parndorf Outlet (the shopping village). It’s super convenient if you want to do some shopping. It has free parking around the hotel which is a great feature. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner is also available to use during hot summer days. The hotel also has breakfast for an additional price if you want to eat there. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at the reception. Honestly I highly recommend the hotel if you want to do shopping in that area. The hotel also includes spa and fitness room but unfortunately we didn’t have time for that🙈

Everything was good, but maybe not quite 4 star conditions in the rooms (no balcony, small TV). Also you had to usually wait a pretty long while for the elevators to arrive to your floor. But all in all a really nice location!

The place is nice. Well located, walk-in distance from the outlet centre. The staff is nice and the views from the room are nice. The design of the place is business style, looks nice but very simple. The breakfast is also very good and with large variety of food, replenished constantly. I didn't get the chance to see the fitness room but it seemed to be special, as it is located on the top floor with and amazing view. The room is spacious and clean and the bathroom is nicely designed. I recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel’s location because it’s close to the outlet, and I also appreciated the quick check-in at the reception.

I was disappointed that the room did not have disposable cotton pads, ear sticks, or slippers. Additionally, upon check-in, I found hair from the previous guest on the mattress, which was very unpleasant. Bottled water was provided only on the first day, and no additional bottles were supplied on the following days.

A nice hotel is situated in proximity to the outlet. It is known for its delicious breakfasts, and the reception staff is exceptionally friendly. I am pleased that the hotel also features a restaurant, providing options for lunch or dinner. Overall, the hotel leaves a positive impression. I would like to emphasize the exceptional breakfasts and the incredibly friendly reception staff.

I was also disappointed to find a lack of hygiene products, such as cotton pads, in the room. In a hotel of this caliber, I would expect these amenities to be provided, and disposable slippers were also notably absent.

The hotel's wifi could have been better. This was seen on phones and the TV.

Stayed here as I think most people do for the shopping, nice room which was very clean . Good food in the bar at very reasonable prices on average around 16 euros for a main meal . Free parking at the hotel with lots of spaces . Food options directly opposite the hotel include a KFC and a Chinese fast food with seating . Also good restaurants within 5 minutes walk .Petrol station opposite where you san the basic gongs you may need such as snacks and drinks .The hotel allowed us to alter our arrival dates at no charge when the free cancellation period had ended .We requested this through booking.com and they said our request had been refused , we called the hotel and they told us that they had accepted the changes so be careful if you ever request a date change with booking.com .

I really appreciated the excellent location, convenient parking, friendly and professional staff, and the comfortable and clean room. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast – the selection felt a bit limited and could benefit from more variety and quality.

The hotel is clean, well located (2-3 minutes walk to the Parndorf shopping center), the rooms are spacious. There is parking on site, free of charge. The breakfast was tasty, varied and the waiters always attentive to any need.

More attention to details, it didn't bother me a lot, but I found a half drunk mineral water in the room, and this makes me think how carefully the rooms are cleaned.
