The front desk clerk was very helpful and attentive.

The food was mediocre for lunch as well as dinner. The breakfast was all cold and the coffee came out cold. Not satisfied with the food at all

Location I prefer to stay there . I will come back again

There should be open gym 24 hours . They have schedule for gym morning 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM . I like to go gym at 06:00 AM . At least gym open at early morning 06 AM

Catering was very good - location good and private beach excellent. Good effort made for Bahamas Independence Day - most enjoyable.

Was not given the ocean view I booked but was then moved to an ocean view. Having just travelled I lost my sense of humour at that point! Then the Room was ok if small One night I was unhappy when the coffee I was taking to the lounge was taken off me by a man at the door and poured into a paper cup. (!) On site excursions very expensive, cheaper elsewhere. The snorkelling trip was disappointing…

The staff was very friendly and happy themselves which was a refreshing change from what I experienced in American hotels

It was difficult to book activities. I felt lied to, I went to book a water sport and the staff said they only take same day bookings. The next morning I went as they opened to book the watercraft and the staff was very evasive of the questions I asked and then said a large group booked it in advance already. I wasn’t a fan of being lied to by the same staff member two days in a row.

Exceeded my expectations! I was wary for the price and this being all inclusive but the resort is great. Staff is so friendly, food was great, and rooms were comfortable and clean! They have a ton of activities as well.

Nothing! The only complaint is I don't think the specialty restaurants were open during my stay, or maybe there were all booked up. I didn't try too hard to get a reservation though, the dining hall had great food and the outside bar had delicious burgers.

The property has a Lovely long white sandy beach largely unpopulated. All inclusive food was varied and plentiful. Service was good too. Attractive spacious buildings layout and not too busy . Great location, direct on the beach however far away from the city!

The food - if you come later to the breakfast, lunch or dinner, some dishes were missing. It was not possible to book other restaurants (Italian, Mexican etc) and we have stayed for the 7 days.

Quality was good and nice layout.

Very meat focused - apart from scrambled eggs on some days there was little hot food for vegetarians

1. Rooms are not well maintained. (The door to the bathroom has seen better days, old, stained, rusted handle. Calking around the sink is super sloppy. Safe doesn’t work. The bolting lock in the door also doesn’t work. Lay out of the bathroom is odd: the door stopper is right as you exist from the shower) But the shower was probably recently redone as it was good. To clarify - it is clean just in so-so condition. 2. Long check in line.
