The Facilities were all great, the buffet breakfast, lunch dinner super tasty, but the Staff and Service were Impeccable!! I went to meet my fiancé for a surprise birthday party and start for 4 nights. Part from standard requests like shuttle, room service, ironing service etc, I had multiple special requests that they were very kind to arrange for me and delivered perfectly that both me and my fiancé really appreciated. They made the stay and experiences super special and we will treasure those memories for ever.

Nothing. There was a common problem that arises in showers getting blocked but it was resolved within 6 minutes for notifying the staff and the problem was fixed. A minor inconvenience nothing more.

Good reception and Large lobby. BAR and Panshala are nice.

Indian Food Item should be more. Fish Item is very small.

Everything was great and food was very good with too many varieties and the place is clean and from the hotel management Omar was amazing he helped us a lot and he is a great guy who guides you well

The reason I went down to 9 is because i stayed for 4 nights as I extended personally there .. The lift stopped working and we were stuck for about 20 minutes with few other people. The help was too late and there’s nothing to facilitate it quicker. Felt helpless and there was no apology either .. they carried on as if nothing happened. Fix that when the electricity is out

So many options are available in the breakfast. We really liked the breakfast manue. Foods were delicious . Location of the hotel is in the main city; though the potenga beach and Airport isabit far away.

The receptionist namely Mr.Himu or soneone else probably was less attentive during my check in. Though he gave me the room key and accordingly we drop our luggage to the suggested room ( Room no 1417); but he didn’t give entry to the system properly. When we went to the swimming pool the pool lady told us Room no 1417 didn’t show in favour of my name or there was no room no showing in favor of me and her behavior/attitude was also inappropriate.

Overall, it was a lovely stay. But on my first day, the hotel was at full occupancy and so it was a bit congested. The breakfast experience was not the best that morning since there was hardly any food. Also, housekeeping couldn't provide us with enough towels. I believe a chain like Radisson needs to be better prepared for full occupancy periods. From the second day, of course, things were better.

Undoubtedly this is the best place to stay in Chattagram. Execellent architect and supurb interior design make the hotel one of the best of the whole country. I Stayed two nights with my spouse, one Kid and one infant. The complementary breakfast was awesome having huge options. Location of the hotel is a beautiful scenic place easily accesible to any direction of the city. A number of restaurants just located infront of hotel offering variuos cuisins. Highly recommened.

I was staying at Hotel with one Kid and One infant. The food taste of babies are very specific. As a part of my effort to satisfy my babies, I bought some sweets from outside vendors but hotel authority strongly created obstackle. Followed by a huge burgain, they allowed me to with those foods. That totally objectionable. Additionally, check in and check out process should have been smoother.

I had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu, where the modern, stylish ambiance made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile, and the amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience in the heart of the city.

Had a few issues in the room when I arrived. water didn't get drained properly in the shower, the AC was too loud and some speaker was making an annoying sound. Luckily everything got solved after I complained.

Exceptional service, right from airport pick up. Great facilities and options for dining. We used the conference room to deliver training over two days - staff, facility and food all excellent. Safe and comfortable place to stay.

The staff are very eager to help. The food in the buffet is fresh and tasty. Not to mention the sushi was on point! The service on the top floor was a little on the slow side. I never thought I'd have to wait 20 minutes for some ice cream, but it was a damn site quicker than some of the other hotel restaurants in Bangladesh. The ground floor café was something I made regular use of and the cookies and macaroons are legit. Despite not being a service I'd ever hope to need, I found the on site doctor and nurse to be kind and professional. It certainly put my mind at ease. In the UK, a simple GP appointment is like some sort of difficult quest line, so to be able to see the doctor same day was amazing. I was given a prescription there and then.

I can be very noisy some nights. Some of the advertised facilities were closed the entire stay, including the business lounge.
