Since the room we selected wasn't available, they upgraded our room. Which was very nice/considerate of them. Overall the staff were helpful and the place and room was clean and nice.

I wanted to extend my stay and booked the room again from booking.com a day before the checkout date. But when I went to pay for the room the next day, they told me that no rooms were available. It would have been nice to know beforehand and not at the time of checkout/checkin that rooms were not available since they already knew I was staying there and they knew that I have requested to extend my stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay pleasant. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast the next morning, which offered a variety of options. Overall, they provided a great experience with excellent service and comfort, making it a solid choice for a short stay.

The breakfast was average. Quality and taste of the food were satisfactory but variations of item in the buffet menu were monotonous. We stayed there for 3 days and we got the same breakfast menu everyday.

There was no full length mirror in the room to get ready. I found a lot of difficulties while getting ready, i.e. wearing saree, putting up makeup, etc. This was quite disturbing for me.

Some noise issues at late hours

value for money. the hotel is well located and they offer a very good service. I highly recommend the grill on the rooftop restaurant. The buffet breakfast was also really nice with non spicy options which I really appreciate as foreigner.

Dust in the middle of the furniture where the power outlets are placed. It wasn't nice but the rest of the room was impecable.

Accurate representation of everything. The breakfast was pretty decent. The roof top was pleasant. The roof top BBQ restaurant sadly closes at 11 pm but otherwise quite nice.

The gym should definitely be upgraded and cleaned up.

Tiles next to the bathtub were installed incorrectly and drain toward the wall, not toward the tub, so water accumulates there. But there was a good bathtub and mostly adequate hot water.

Location was easy to find but please do keep in mind it's very busy street of Chittagong. So if you are comfortable with horns noises then it's a good place.

.Extremely good and supportive staff.. Very cordial and attentive... Hotel is in the centre of the city. 1. Clean and spacious rooms 2. Attentive staff even at late nights. 3. Late night menu ( room service till 4 am)

You have to pay in advance and if you don't they will bother you often.. As a foreign traveller had issues with my card and i asked them to wait for a day.. They said yes. But then the new staff comes and keep on reminding you..

Breakfast was good both in terms of quality and choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was smooth. Wide choice of food and beverages before midnight. Limited choice of food throughout the night. Very clean. Suitable for families. 3 hour delivery of laundry before 11 pm.

Food was pricey. Instead of a massage parlour they could have a bigger gym or kids play area.
