The staff was exceptionally helpful. The management team was great. The location was spot on. Food inside was very convenient and price was reasonable, service was great and food was very tasty. The 24hurs food service was also brilliant. The GM Shifon bhai was really helpful. I will certainly recommend this hotel and will return again. Fantastic

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We stayed here during a very difficult political situation in the country (quota movement protests, curfew and internet shutdown), but felt in good hands there. They made great efforts to ensure our safety and to make us having a great time in the city in spite of the difficult circumstances. Besides, there is a very good restaurant inside the hotel building, which also serves delicious breakfast. We hope to have the chance to come back!

All the Staff members wherever exceptional and very helpful. Specifically Jafar at the reception, very professional and attentive.

All was good, accommodation staff and location. Only thing needs a little improvement is Wi-Fi which is very poor in the rooms.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with cleanliness. The staff is responsible too. I requested an early morning check-in, and at that time, it was available, and they provided me with an early morning check-in without any charge. That was too good, and my family liked the breakfast the most. It was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

My booking was for five person's, but the room setup wasn't suitable for five. Nothing else.

We enjoyed the Welcome Juice at the Reception, Cleanliness of the Room, Room Service (Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrush, Comb etc), Complementary Water 2 Bottles, Complementary Fruits, Tea & Coffee in the afternoon at room, Jainamaj in the Room, Qibla Direction Signage inside the room, Hospitality & Behaviour of the Staff, Complementary Breakfast in the morning, Underground Car Parking facility. ❤️❤️❤️. I will recommend all to stay here if you visit and stay Sylhet.

I really liked the behaviour of staff. The complementary breakfast was really good.Rooms are also good. And location is really convenient because it is just a 10-15 seconds walking distance from Dargah.

Complementary tea and coffee should be provided and the wifi connection is not up to the mark which need to be improved.

The location is really good and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful as well.

The doors had to be opened with keys, its very old fashioned, doesn't go with the hotel's outlook. Apart from that everything was very nice.

It was very clean, great location, staff very friendly. The only thing that was missing for us was that there wasn't much option for breakfast e.g. no cereal or croissants (English breakfast)
