Overall the hotel is lovely. I stayed here previously and they've added several new things, most notably the adult only side which is great. I think the overall decor, staff, location, and amenities are good. I didn't try the gym so can't comment on this. The staff are really exceptional and I'm really pleased with how they go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It's easy access to nearby Dover Beach, but if you walk you can meet Worthington Beach and all other beaches along the way to Bridgetown.

While the restaurants are good, I wasn't a fan of Elements. I think the food here let down the overall quality. It's not a dislike per se, just that I'd rate this average quality vs what Oro and Blue Fin offer which I found was a lot better. Additionally, The room didn't have large enough drawers to put your clothes in. While some people are ok to hang clothing and live out of their suitcase, others like to use a drawer for better and easier access to do this.

The staff made this hotel and the whole holiday. Everyone was just fantastic! Food In all of the restaurants was great too. Beach service was good.

The room we were in was a little dated. We used a hospitality room to change before we left which was a little more modern so I think some rooms are better. For the money spent, it could do with a little modernising, but it didn’t spoil the trip at all.

the staff were amazing, especially Akheem who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and always had a drink in our hand ….. not just cocktails either …. he made sure we always had water on hand, he arranged he’s games on the beach, definitely made our stay special.

a few of the things that they said would be going on weren’t…. infact there weren’t any pool activities which was a shame. whilst we were there one of the restaurants was closed for I think 4 days for a big conference….. it would have been nice to have been made aware of this and maybe a slight discount in stay rate as we paid for something that we weren’t aloud to use, infact having a big conference booked during our stay definitely but a slight damper on it ….. for a few days we felt like we were staying at a business hotel rather than the romantic holiday we had booked.

The location, the quality of the accommodation and the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff.

Hotel forgot to pick us up from the airport (which they apologised and made amends for). The hotel also held two events for companies/groups which resulted in restaurants being closed leaving very little dining choice - again the hotel apologised but did nothing to make amends.

The property is ideally located on a beautiful beach and has great access to the very safe and welcoming area of St Lawrence Gap where you can really get involved in the local nightlife. The suites were immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. All 4 restaurants serve great quality food from fine dining to more beach bar fare available. The biggest stand out feature of this hotel though are it’s staff who cannot do enough for you during your stay. Every single member of staff from Housekeeping to the bar staff to the guys that look after the beach like Gino are exceptional. Our experience ambassadors Abigail and Shiloh were absolutely first class and arranged a number of trips, reservations and transport for us during our stay with consummate professionalism. Big thanks also to Dwayne, Ronaldo, Karlos and Darrien who are exceptional bar staff and genuinely nice guys. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. We were here for 2 weeks and has been the only hotel in our experience where we were genuinely sorry to leave by the end of the holiday.

There really is nothing to dislike here.

The staff are brilliant! The welcome is very warm and every member of the staff makes a genuine attempt to understand you well being. That makes the biggest difference. We were here for a special day and Tamara at the resort was extremely helpful in getting us a reservation at their fine dining restaurant which otherwise getsbooked well in advance.

The service ambassador concept is great but is completely dependent on the individual yon get. I would have rather expected them to be more approachable and ensure they pamper their guests. There are better views to rooms but weallocated those.

Excellent views,fabulous accommodation and very attentive staff.

Lack of water sports and tv programmes very basic.Wine very palatable and plenty of choice of food for all meals.

Great spot right on the beach Good facilities and spa Excellent food and branded drinks …but the thing that sets this place apart from most resorts are the amazing staff. From the manager to the guys mopping the floors, the staff were incredible - to a person, they were so helpful, friendly and considerate, it made our holiday. Special mentions to Thandeka and June who really looked after us, and were superb. There are more upmarket resorts up the coast, but we were delighted with O2, and had a great holiday

We expected the rooms to be a little bigger, and next time, would make sure we stayed in the newer block

Beautiful, well thought out hotel with some quirky design finishes. It had a cool, club-like vibe and it was good to be able to visit the sister hotel for a couple of days, just for a change of scene. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful, and a special shout-out to June who made every breakfast an absolutely delight. The sunbeds were deep and squashy and it was never a problem to find 4 together.

The on-site shop was incredibly expensive for things like suncream, but there is a little mini-market just outside the hotel. Also, the key cards were quite erratic and we had to go back to reception a few times to get them reprogrammed. These are very small niggles about a wonderful hotel.

The staff! To say they were friendly and professional is an understatement! Every single member of staff has a smile and kind word to say every time you meet them. Nothing is too much trouble they are only too happy to help you.
