We arrived to this absolutely gorgeous place and the most amazing hosts of their fabulous B&B! Michel and Livy could not have been more hospitable and kind. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts and they even made us packed lunches for our busy days ahead at Taekwondo competitions. Michel suggested a lovely restaurant for dinner and made the booking for us. The pool was delightful and the surroundings are magical. Honestly, if you are thinking of staying don’t hesitate at all you will not regret it. We will be back. 🥰

Michel opened the door to their stunning house, rebuilt to a B&B, and greeted us as if best friends hadn't seen each other for years. And that's how the whole weekend with him and Livy was filled laughter, friendship like chats and great talks, although we only saw them at breakfast.

Things can always improve but not in this case. The improvement needs to be done by Booking since we have to write 3 sentences here to get a green dash when writing this.

The recently renovated rooms and villas exude modern comfort, ensuring a restful stay. Plus, the added convenience of private, secure parking adds to the overall ease of your visit. In sum, this B&B exceeds all expectations, earning a perfect 10/10 rating from me.

Hard to describe this stay in words. The owners are incredibly welcoming and truly understand what it means to be a host. The warm atmosphere and the attention to detail, be it in the furnishings or in the preparation of breakfast, is unique. The stay was more pleasant than it is in most 5-star hotels. I was there with a colleague for a 4-day business trip and will definitely come back.

The friendly welcome and the attention to detail. The openness of the hosts. The spaciousness and comfort of the property. The food was delicious and generous. The packed lunch was a lovely surprise. Hiring bikes was a great experience.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at B&B Rosselaer. The location was excellent, set in its own extensive grounds with a lovely, heated swimming pool. The decor was faultless and the bed was really comfortable. Michel and Livy were the perfect hosts - so friendly and helpful. They even collected us from the station and drove us to and from the car hire company. Michel also cooked for us on 2 occasions a gorgeous 4 course meal! We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so special.

Everything was perfect.

The property is fantastic with plenty space around to relax indoor or outdoor if you didn’t want to sit in your room and it even has a heated pool outside for the warmer nights. The hosts were amazing and couldn’t be anymore helpful, breakfast was superb!

Tastefully decorated and clean B & B, with the owners hosting their guests in the warmest and most professional way. First choice for who looks for a short stay in the Balen area. Additionally: do not skip breakfast - freshly made, high quality, abundant, served at the table by the owners !
