We liked the location and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The room was cozy and clean. The main bed was very big and comfortable :)

We liked the hotel and room itself. However, couple of things could be improved: 1. There was no soap in the wash basin. Only the the shower gel and a conditioner in the shower. 2. The fridge was unaccessible, so we had to move two big armchairs around to be able to open the fridge. 3. The restaurant wasn't really working. I mean, it was there in the hotel but there was nobody, just the food vending machine and a coffe maker and a table with assorted tea.

The best of the hotel is the location, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very nice also. The offer an extra baby cot for 15 euros per night. It's a good option for families. Good value for money.

We found a lot of dog hair in the bedroom. If you let people stay with their pets (which is fine), you should be more careful with the cleaning.

Beautiful hotel just a block off the beachfront and close to restaurants. We had a room with views of trees and the quaint courtyard. So relaxing! We slept well with the sea air. Feels like the hotel was recently upgraded since the fixtures, bed, and bath looked new. The breakfast was excellent: carefully planned, beautifully balanced, and the bread is the BEST in Belgium! The owners and staff clearly care about the property and their guests’ experience. Glad we booked several months in advance since the rooms filled up for a holiday.

Cozy rooms and nice atmosphere, within walkin distance from the centre, the beach, and the tram station. The rooms are nice and calm, clean and with comfy beds. Certainly a great option for a stay.

While the staff provides you with some suggestions on where you can get breakfast, there is no option of having it there, but in any case everything is very close by.

The location is great, just a couple of blocks to the beach , next to the beautiful park in De Hann and the iconic tram station . We had a great time around there: location allowed us to spend the days on the beach and hang around the entertainments around the city. Staff was super nice, place clean and cosy.

The room was a bit small, but was comfortable enough. The breakfast idea is nice but I had the impression that they produce a lot of garbage.

No tea making facility in room so had to pay for it in lounge. No breakfast served and very few places nearby serve it. But ok could get to a bakery for pastries. Parking is at an absolute premium and in nice weather can take up to 30 mins to find a place

Very nice breakfast, not buffetstyle, but a small bag with very nice selection. Really nice concept, helping to reduce waste. Free bicycle parking in the hotel with electricy outlet to charge the bike. Hotel is ideal for cyclists. Great location very close to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel doesn't have airco, so in summer the temperatures will be higher in the room.

We really liked how central and close to the beach the hotel is. We also loved how clean and spacious the room and bathroom were and found the bed really confortable.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking spot 20 meters from the door. Breakfast was excellent but in another hotel (5 minute walk away).

Water cooker in the room would have been nice.
