Fabulous accommodation, huge bedroom and the dog was given a 'welcome pack' which included a dogbed, water/food bowl and a packet of treats - she was very happy. The facilities are extremely well presented, with coffee making available, breakfast in the dining room. The city of De Haan is stunning; elegant Belle Époque houses, many of which have been converted into accommodation; lovely wide streets and a beautiful park with small areas left wild filled with native flowers.

Be aware there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, if guests have a trouble with stairs, ensure to request a ground floor room

It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for quite a while. The whole package was excellent value for money with spotless rooms and very helpful staff. And the location was very good for the De Haan facilities and beach. And for wheelchair users the hotel along with the whole of De Haan was well ramped providing easy access.

Not much for the price.

Very good breakfast overall. Breakfast room is relatively small but in view limited guests still comfortable. Guests are well taken care of with additional requests.

Some of the top rooms have a sloped roof which is somewhat inconvenient causing frequent head banging especially for tall people.

We went off season so got a good deal with a wonderful breakfast included. No parking issues at all in the street but that may be different in high season. We lacked the time to test the heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna facilities, so we'll gladly come back another time. They offer early check-in which is convenient. Staff was very friendly.

Scrupulously clean - very well attended property. Comfortable rooms and lovely pool area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

lovely hotel in close proximity to the town and beach. incredibly clean with a great outdoor swimming pool. breakfast was superb, great choice of food and plentiful.

the only slight negative would be no drinks provided in your room as part of the cost. there was a mini fridge which had drinks you had to pay for.
