⸻ I searched for a hotel with breakfast included through your website and found and booked this hotel. The total price was €753, including taxes and breakfast. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that for one of the rooms (a four-person room), we had to pay separately for breakfast. In the end, we paid €822. The hotel staff explained that it was written somewhere under the details of one of the rooms that it didn’t include breakfast — but this was not clear at all to us. We found this quite unprofessional and unfair, as we expected everything to be transparent and the final price to include breakfast as indicated.

Lovely breakfast, very nice room with a bath, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a small fridge in the room. It was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable.

The two restaurants next door were closed so we had to drive for an evening meal (although takeaways/deliveries were available) The pool area was only open from 9am, it would have been nice to have a swim before breakfast which ended at 10am. We had a swim after breakfast at 9:20am, but the cover was still over the jacuzzi and yesterday's towels filled the towel basket. Also the pool surface and surrounding floor hadn't had its morning clean. It wasn't dirty, just a few dead flies and dusty floor.

The staff were professional, friendly and most helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, with a decent TV, the breakfast was very good, with multiple choice and very tasty, The dining room was clean and airy. The pool was excellent.

The hotel was set in lovely grounds, just one thing I would have preferred the car park Not to be Gravel.. Gravel can cause damage to paint work, and not too good to walk on. I was on a motorcycle and gravel is not best for driving on or parking.

The room was quite well equipped, with a mini fridge, a kettle with tea and coffee, a big and comfy bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a beautiful garden and wellness part with a jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna.

I had one handtowel in my room that had some stains on it - I don't think it wasn't clean but just old stains that don't come out even after washing. Other than this, everything was nice and clean

Rooms are clean and spacious. Swimming pool and sauna are good and always available. Breakfast (buffet) is included and is tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel location is on a side road just few hundreds meters away from the main road, Therefore the area is quiet but close to the path when you need to hit the road.

Breakfast is good but could be even better if more choice for fresh vegetables are made available.

I have to say that I was REALLY impressed with this hotel. I was looking for a nice location where my friend and I could easily get out to explore without a car and we were not disappointed. Really great location for the 'Ravel' paths (walking/cycling) and only a short walk from Yvoir railway station. The hotel itself was a great size (not too big, not too small) and the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome indeed. The room was a really nice size - a little bigger than I was expecting - and the bathroom was nice too with a lovely powerful shower. Having facilities like a pool was a bonus too. In addition, the terrace for drinks was really relaxing and lovely and the choice at breakfast was excellent too. I really want to be able to return one day as my only complaint really was that we didn't stay long enough! A really big thanks for all the efforts you went to in order to make our stay a brilliant one.

If I had to name just one thing, we probably needed just slightly better ventilation in the bathroom. I am not sure the extractor fan was working as well as it could but that's the only slight negative.

Such a lovely place, staff were friendly. The facilities were nice and clean. We enjoyed the sauna , whirpool , and the indoor pool. The breakfast was great too. We had a great time in the hotel.🥰

Staff was helpful. Hotel was in general clean, breakfast was ok.

In our room there was water leakage from the roof, because of which the carpet on floor was getting wet. It leaked for whole two days even if staff was notified just after the checkin. The wet carpet created a bizarre odor of humidity in the room, which was not good at all. Fortunately we were there only two nights. I would have given more star if we didn’t have this problem.

Great location to stay and visit Dinant. Warm welcome from hotel staff on arrival and fantastic breakfast! Don't skip this hotel as you will not find anything better close to Dinant.

Nothing major but rooms need a bit attention as some wall and door finishing materials started to peal off due to humidiy I guess. Having pool, outside jacuzi and sauna is great but honestly Jacuzi was barely warm and sauna temperature was around 55°C at best.

An renovated industry building providing modern comfortable rooms located close to the river Meuse, easily accessible by bike and great spot for excursions in this part of the Ardennes. Good buffet breakfast.

Too small pool that was dominated by families with younger children. Not very relaxing at the time we were visiting. The street can be busy and noisy at times from tourist traffic.
