Welcoming Reception emailed that we may arrive within the hour prior to check-in time, replied no problem. Welocme on arrival and was guided to the room and indroduced to the facilities. We enjoyed the restuarnt in the evening.

Hotel advertises EV Charging, however there is no information available on whick app to use, the hotel just stated charger is run by another company not the hotel. The instructions on the outlet in Dutch and French only guide to basic use assuming that you have a key device or app already installed. That's fine but the hotel should be able to guide you what app to use for connection and possibly the charge rate and cost! The hotel is stating they have an EV charger available (2) but have no info on its use!!! We were driving a hybrid car and only needed about 10amps to fill us, so could manage without but not use the EV Low emission possible for the car! We cannot shout green credentials and have the facilities but not be able to guide and help guests to use them!!

Friendly staff, nice room, very clean facilities. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Hotel is very spacious. Off season there are not so many people which we actually liked.

The breakfast could be more variable, as for the price (15EUR). Some things did not work for us in sauna but we might have clicked wrong buttons so it is always better to ask at the reception.

This hotel and staff is just so perfect. welcoming, warm and the ideal place for us as this is the second time we visited! Everything we asked for was exceeded! See you next year!

Location Quiet Breakfast

The swimming pool was under maintenance so not possible to use Very disappointing when you book because of that facility and you cannot use it Very unfortunate timing for maintenance : june

The breakfast was fine

The dinner we had was a total disappointment. Expensive and not well cooked and a poor choice of the main ingredient. Overall the feeling was that they try to take advantage of the relative lack of proper restaurants in the vicinity

super clean and located around nice landmarks reachable at 20min by car

We arrived around 1500 to assess if we could check in before the standard 1600 checkin. We did not email ot call to get this privilege however. The entrance door required a code or a key to enter so we were not able entering for asking. We visited the Castle of Bilsen to leverage the idle time before 1600; we recommend it.

We stay with us dog in this hotel 2-3x times a year and this is us favorite hotel. Owners is very nice and friendly. Hotel rooms is clean and bed is comfy. Restaurant food is delicious! Very relaxing and a home feeling!

We are like how kind is owner,very helpful and lovely owner.They make you very welcome and also us dog. Very good food in restaurant and very good breakfast. We are been stay in there now 3x in this year and we like coming back again. Easy parking . Clean room and comfy bed. Thank you

Beautiful gardens, friendly staff and good location.

Very costly to add additional spa facilities onto the cost of the hotel.
