Well run and clean hotel, easy access, parking in secure garage available. Very close to beach. Very spacious and quiet rooms, lots of choice at breakfast, good coffee. While they do not have a restaurant on site, there is a lot of choice in the surrounding area.

Personally would have preferred an earlier start to breakfast.

Check in easy, lovely breakfast

Parking was not immediately by the property and we had a lot of bags. Seagulls destroyed all the rubbish bags and the streets had rubbish strewn everywhere. Not the fault of the hotel but it did make it difficult with a dog, who wanted to pick up everything.

Hotel is fine and staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is no restaurant at the hotel, as it is currently closed. If you want to eat, make sure you book somewhere else, as we found out, to our cost, that Koksijder can get very full, even in the off-season.

But since it was my first time in the belgian coast that must be the prices there the entrance and reception had a strange smell, a mix of sweat and dirty sauna They do have a car parking but its paid extra, 10 euros for an open air parking behind the hotel or 20 euros for a garage box under the building

the parking reservation is not required, however, there could be no free places when you arrive. this is disappointing.

Front desk staff spoke English, which made our check-in process easy and painless! We stayed 2 nights in a family suite that was very spacious and nicely decorated with contemporary furniture. I loved that the kids bunk-bed were in a separate room inside the suite. The kids had their own TV and small wardrobe. There is a large deep bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, both with amazing water pressure. The main room has a large TV, small fridge, coffee maker, and a sitting area. The balcony was an added bonus! Excellent breakfast selection for everyone in the family. Our son's basketball tournaments were scheduled for 0830, and the staff was kind enough to allow us to have breakfast at 0720, before breakfast opened at 0800. There is hotel parking located behind the building, which made it easy to park our RAM truck.

I don't think our floor was vacuumed, because our feet got dirty after walking barefoot in our room. I suggest bringing house slippers, since there is no carpeting in the entire suite. My husband and I slept in the main room that has two twin beds pushed together. Unfortunately, both beds kept separating, which created a gap in the middle, so my husband had to adjust the beds at least 2X in the middle of the night. The pillows provided were the size of a decorative pillow, I would suggest bringing your own pillow. I don't think the AC in the room worked, because the room got very hot at night, even with the heater off. We had to keep the balcony and the kids window open throughout the night.

Very close to the beach, comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The breakfast was great, plus parking on sight with late a check out!

The wifi was reconnecting often, but otherwise, all was good.

Breakfast too simple, no vegetables at all but good fresh orange juice, difficult to boil your egg, very good room, very comfortable, but no air conditioning (as in the offer), finally we had a fan! only one elevator both for guests and staff! very good restaurant! nice staff extraordinary clean room!

Nice and clean rooms, large breakfast area, and easy parking. Quiet. Breakfast was indeed very nice and ample.

It was not so practical that the shower had no door, but we learned that was only the case for the rooms with garden view.

The room had a lot of space and I loved that we had a terrace to enjoy the good weather. The personal was very friendly!
