Stylish property with a great restaurant, bars and a wellness facility. Excellent reception staff and good service in the restaurant. Parking was very good with a dedicated area for motorcycles near the main hotel entrance. Room was very comfortable and beds were good. Air conditioning in the bedroom was also very good.

The WiFi needs to be constantly reset on your phone or tablet every time you stop using using it, even for a under a minute. The breakfast display looked impressive but was badly laid out and finding simple things like a spoon very difficult. A case of style over function which I don’t need first thing in the morning. The bathroom door in the room (1017) has a spring hinge which makes a very loud ‘crack’ sound every time the door was opened. Very noisy if sharing the room with someone else.

We had a family room for one night to split the journey on our way to Paris. The room was great and ideal for our family of four, and our dog. We had some drinks and snacks in the bar at the hotel. In the morning a swim in the pool was a great break from the monotomous time on the road. There is a small shopping mall across the road.

We arrived in the evening. Probably because there was a reception and the bar was the highlight of the area, it was difficult to find a parking space. The surrounding area is nothing more than a highway and shopping mall. Nothing to write home about.

The familyroom was a nice surprise! There were even kids versions of the shower mini's and the kids felt very special! We really liked the location right in the middle between the Netherlands and Paris. And the hotel was very clean and neat. The food in the restaurant was also great! And the portion size was enormous! Worth your money.

Kids are only allowed in the indoor pool for certain hours. Which is fine, but in the morning the timeslot isn't very convenient. From 7 till 9:30. Kids during vacation sleep in a bit later and usually have breakfast. Fortunately the weather was good enough to go to the outdoor pool a bit longer. Oh, and the pillows are a tad tiny compared to the huge bed.

Oud family room was beautifully decorared and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. The play córner in the restaurant is very well stocked with Nice toys.

- there were members of a football team down the hall and they were very loud at 10pm - childrem can only enter the pool at very weird hours. (Like from 7 AM till 8:30 AM). If we had known beforehand we would have chosen a different hotel.

We loved our stay at Hotel Van der Valk Nivelles-Sud. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. The room cleaning staff was also very friendly and kind. Our stay was perfect. There is also a shopping mall with some restaurants near the hotel.

Great hotel, close to motorway, amazing customer service, amazing breakfast especially, some of the best hotel breakfasts if ever had. Good value for money if you look at facilities, quality and service.

Breakfast is great, people are super friendly and helpful. My room perhaps was a bit small and slightly darm and the pillows could have been better but I guess that is personal als well.

Employees service. Could improve a lot at front desk and at restaurant. Also property charged 25€ for early check-in. Not so ever this happened to me in any hotel in the world.

The restaurant and bar was really nice. The room was big and nicely decorated.

It's a bit remote if you don't have a car. The restaurant closed at 10.30pm so by the time we arrived there was no options for eating.

I thought it was a lovely hotel very chic the bed was very comfortable and really liked the bathroom arrived late the reception was very organised key ready and waiting and very quick
