Peaceful location for quite restful nights in the comfortable bed. Very nice and friendly owner that takes the extra effort to make your stay as good as possible. Lovely and spacy rooms that have everything one needs. I especially loved the shower with srone floor, it felt like having a foot massage with each evening shower!

15 minute walk to the centre, not really bad, but important to be aware of.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and large enough. A cot was arranged for our baby. Also there is free parking. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

The location is a bit far away from the city and there is not many place around for basic shopping. This is not very negative but maybe a matter of preference to keep in mind. Otherwise the surrounding of the hotel is pretty nice.

Beautifully styled hotel down to the smallest detail! I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. It's a short walk to the center of LLN via a lovely green path. There was plenty of parking available on the weekend. I enjoyed the lovely calm breakfast area and the great breakfast buffet. It's a very nice hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway, not far from Brussels.

I liked the fact that the place has a nice common space area, the creativity and modern,high-quality equipment of rooms ad bathrooms. I especially liked the friendliness of the owner who also served us and the closeness to my working location.

The booking site asked us to pay more than 25 Euros per day for the breakfast (difference between room with and without breakfast). The breakfast was good, but I would not pay 25 Euros for it again.

The room was cleaned every day, always fresh towels. Nice stuff.

Very minor thing: I wish we had tea instead of coffee in the rooms and cooler with water in the hall.

The staff members were so wonderful. The facilities are also clean and the design is really nice. It is in a residential area and quiet for those who would like to have a good night's sleep.

Proximity to AGC Glass HQ and main train station (no car needed), modern design, comfortable breakfast room, welcoming owner in particular

Elegantly set-up, very comfortable rooms in a small hotel, in a quiet neighborhood situated on the outskirts of Louvain La Neuve (yet within 10-15 minutes walk to the center along a pleasant pedestrian path). The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. Very friendly and hospitable staff, access and parking were easy. Breakfast was also very good with fresh bread, and amazing jam and honey, in a nicely set-up dining room. Great address!
