Pierre was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good but more expensive than we anticipated. We were expecting a Continental breakfast but there was much more to it than that. There was a large selection of all sorts of delicious cereal, cheese, meat, jam, preserves, fruit and more. They were all beautifully presented and many home made.

There was nothing we didn't like apart from the wet weather! We were a bit surprised there was no door on the bathroom but as we were the only people in the room it didn't matter!

The kind owner picked us up from the station. He has a very good taste for (western and oriental) art, see pictures of the place. The house was constructed in 1992, but still has a fresh modern feel. There were not too many things in the rooms. There was a sauna and Turkish bath that we did not use, but we made use of the nice pool (also with art on the wall) every day. Next to the sauna there is a cool place to have tea. There were three animals: two friendly dogs and a cat, again see pictures. The view into the garden and surrounding fields was superb. With breakfast the 2022 price came to 166E/night for two persons, a bit high, but was worth it.

Ability to park securely a 7m vehicle! The accommodating nature of the B&B being willing to cook me a meal, do my washing and even arrange a fantastic massage (not undertaken by the owner I might add)

Wonderful (if too quick, as I didn’t have a chance to enjoy teh pool/spa and indeed walks around and about) stay, en route home from France. The welcome was lovely, they could not have been more accommodating (even sharing their own dog’s food with mine, as I had run out and had not had a chance to go to a shop - and so saved me another trip at the end of a long drive). Beautiful garden and view and exceptional breakfast. Great stay and I will be back!

Pierre was a fantastic host, extremely accommodating and approachable, we really felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was superb and an added bonus of a lovely relaxing pool to enjoy.

Nothing all perfect!

The architectural design with large airy entrance, corridors and & living room. The indoor swimming pool. The private parking. The peaceful location with romantic countryside garden and viewpoints. The very nice host.

Forbidden to bath with swimming short (had nothing else so had to take a bath naked). The bed mattress was a bit too soft.
