Comfort, breakfast, attention to detail, welcome

The hotel policy feels very intrusive. Even though the hotel had my passport data and my credit card data from a previous stay, they asked for it again and when I checked in they also asked my wife to provide her identity and copied her data in the system. Made us feel awkward, and this is what you get for paying 200 euros per night … I would expect more courtesy, trust and respect at this level especially if you are a returning customer.

The breakfast included many options. The location is great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The check-in and check-out process was quick.

We weren't able to cool down the room fast enough at night. Even though we put the thermostat on 18 degrees, the temperature stayed above 20 the entire night. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was wobbly.

It's in the middle of the city center but it's really quiet. Breakfast is excellent, a lot of different choices. Friendly staff. For those who want a free parking space, on walking distance (1000 m) there's a free parking site 'de Boomgaard", for those who want to pay, there is a public parking site just 200 m from the hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of the centre of Turnhout. Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds. Friendly en helpfull staff. Good rates for what you get. Shops and restaurants next door, plenty choice.

Parking space not included. Also a bit walk from the hotel, not an issue, but in winter a bit struggling with the suitcases.

Very clean and spacious room, very clean, not cluttered, well appointed. Lovely bathroom.

We asked for twin beds but were told that wouldn't be possible. When we got to the room, it looked as though it would have been pretty easy to have split the double bed and made it in two singles, something the hotel hadn't done.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, the A/C wasn't very effective on the second day of our stay so we ended up sleeping with the window open instead of with the a/c

The hotel is well placed in Turnhout and is very nice. My room was spacious and looked beautiful. A big variety for breakfast.

There are roadworks on the street of one entrance to the public parking and as I arrived late in the evening it was not clear where the entrance is.

The breakfast when I had it was wonderful a fantastic variety to suit all very enjoyable and the location of the hotel was perfect surrounded by lots of local cafes and eatiseries.

I couldn't have breakfast for the first 2 days as I had to be up earlier and although I was given a packed breakfast it's not the same as sitting down and enjoying a proper breakfast .

Very warm and friendly staff. Nice clean, comfortable room with modern bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Also, appreciated the new bottle of water each day and the refrigerator in room.

No complaints.

Nice breakfast, didn't have a gym but has access to a very large nice gym in the same complex just a few steps away. great location. extremely nice staff. Big room with coffee maker

it was a bit expensive
