Breakfast was good, all things fresh and tasty, the staff super nice and helpful ! The bed was super comfy, normally I get back pain issues quite quickly but the matress was optimal. Very clean rooms. Great shower gel and stuff.

No 24/7 room service and in room dining available unfortunately. But no problem basically as our room had a built in kitchen and we could get stuff from outside. Breakfast during the week could last a bit longer than 09.30am.

I was in the room 15. It was really comfy, the bed was amazing, it was really big. I really liked the windows, you can see trough them outside but nobody can see what you are doing inside. There is a big television. We had included in the price: 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of water and some other things to make coffee or tea if wanted. I loved the views, we could see the Turnhout's train station, also other trains just passing by. That was nice!

The bottle of water was too small.

We come from uk to see a friend in Turnhout, saff were very friendly and happy to help with anything directions, taxi, places to visit. Room was very very nice a lot of space nice furniture and very comfy and a nice homey feeling while staying here. AC/heating, nice shower room with toilet. Cannot find a fault

Only thing i didnt like was the vlux window was hard to use poll to cover sky window, didnt impact the stay much at all just abit awkward

The room size, king size comfortable bed. Good shower, plenty complimentary items (didn't need to bring shampoo & conditioner) gels, lotions even 2 free beers. Breakfast brilliant, best selection. Receptionist the most helpful person and so friendly,nothing was too much trouble for him.

Lack of natural light but love the originality of the room

The staff were so friendly. Brilliant welcome. Can't fault how helpful everyone was.

The light that turns off in the corridor - understand it is energy savings, which is great but it could do with coming on a little quicker when entering from the stairs.

I have been welcomed by Roger and I didn't know it would be so supportive with me when later on, I have faced some difficulties. Many Thanks to Roger for his support, kindness and patience The breakfast room was very pleasant

The fact that the parking lot was full despite I booked I was not so convinced by the filter on the window (in ground floor)

Great location next to the railway station and a five minute walk from the town square. Nice breakfast. Plenty of gluten and dairy free options. Room was large and comfortable enough for the 2 nights we stayed. (Rooms with a terrace were available) Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Definitely a place we will be back to. Thank you for the hospitality and late check in. Also we appreciate the treats that were waiting for us and breakfast was delicious. Sending love to guys, you are wonderful 🫶🏻

The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful, professional and just nice. Room was spacious and clean and a nice gift of two bottles of beer was waiting for us. Breakfast was great with a large selection. But I really cannot prize the guy at reception who was doing everything in that hotel with a lovely smile and great attitude.
