This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I was on a family vacation and we all agreed that this was the most gorgeous place we've ever stayed. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Carla and Roy were wonderful! This property is situated right on the beach. It has a small pool with a lively bar, but our favorite part was the beachfront lounge chairs. I could've stayed in that chair forever, and I still think about it, now that I'm home. This hotel is also nice because it's located in Placencia Village, which means we could walk absolutely everywhere. The food in the village is incredible and we ate somewhere different for every single meal. Many people have golf carts and had to drive into town, but our hotel was already in the thick of it, which was also our favorite part. The room itself was gorgeous. It has blue marble countertops, all new appliances, a lovely, spacious bathroom, a massive family room, and private bedroom. It was more than we needed as a family of three! We cannot recommend this place enough!

I cannot think of a single critique. I suppose the only downside was seaweed in the water - which is totally out of the hotels control!

Beautiful location with a wonderful sea view from our room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Plenty of sunbeds and shady spots. The Tiki Bar was excellent to relax and have a drink and snacks. Staff organised a trip to Red Bank to see the Scarlet Macaws which was excellent. Very close to a variety of bars, restaurants and gift shops especially along the "Boardwalk".

There was little we can think of to improve the hotel. It was great!

The property was amazing! It was in a great location and the pool and swim up bar was exactly what we wanted. The ocean was right off the patio which made it super easy to go back and forth between the room, pool, and bar. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt like we were staying with family.

The view was more beautiful than pictures; absolutely breathtaking. All staff warm, friendly and helpful. Excellent price for what you get. Bar and entertainment area very relaxing.

There was no chair in the room. I am 5’4” and the bed was too high to sit on comfortably, so I could never go sit down and relax in the room without getting in bed. The walk from the street (taxi)to the hotel is quite lengthy as was the walk to all amenities that are not in the hotel but bar tender was extremely helpful with ordering food. Definitely get the steps in!

Right on the beach with a pool and tiki bar. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable and staff were all super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants.

Our room wasn’t facing the ocean as expected from photos and we didn’t realize all rooms opened up to the same shared balcony area but it was a quick trip down the stairs to the beach so we quickly got over that disappointment!

Highly recommending the Ocean Breeze, speifically the "Mahi Room". It truly was spotless, providing us a large living /sleeping area with a valted ceiling with the best balcony overlooking the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep and waking to the sounds of the waves every day. This amazing covered balcony on the 2nd floor over looked the beach had table/chairs and couch and provided heaps of shade. Carla at recption was so helpful getting us sorted out with a last minute flight issue. The hotel was steps away from numeous restaurants, cafes, street food, shops and many opitons for daily tours. The A/C was appreciated at night and during the day the cross breeze in our room with the french doors to the balcony open provided us comfort during the day. It was the best option in Placencia and will highly recommend to many of my friends.

It seemed in Mid-April the area was unusually quiet and some of the smaller restaurants, hotels were closed. This might appeal to some though. The weather was perfect at this time.

We love Ocean Breeze. It’s clean and attractive, staffed by friendly, helpful people. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and close to all.

The bar can get a bit noisy, though it closes at 8. If you are looking for lots of quiet time in the afternoon and evening, you might not enjoy the hubbub.

The property is gorgeous with an incredible beach. The beach bar is really fun with great music. The staff is outstanding. Ladia and the female bartender were friendly and helpful. Our room, Cobia, was a bit noisy because of the guests next door. It was also small. The other rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Room is comfortable. Facility is clean and secure with a great location. We have stayed in the Palmetto Garden Cottage on 6 previous trips. It is our go to room when visiting Caye Caulker. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We hope to stay there again next year on our annual Caye Caulker trip.

Absolutely loved the location - easy walk to all the restaurants, beautiful beach right in front of us, exceptional staff and just great all around. We will absolutely be back!
