Breakfast in the Ceder Room was very good. All the standard breakfast items were available. Great ocean view. Really liked dining on the porch. Breakfast buffet offered every other day. The Ocean room had a continental breakfast buffet every day, great for coffee. The dinner menu changed daily with many options. The staff was excellent, CC and Mrs. V really went out of their way to make you feel very welcome. Room and Club House was a bit dated. The room had old Bermuda charm, sets it apart from the Hilton, Omni, and Disney properties back in the USA. The safe in the room was mounted at eye level instead down on the floor.

Lighting was a bit dim. The entry door swings into the hallway instead of against the wall, one had to step into the bedroom to enter/exit the room. Many steps, no lift. I would recommend to anyone who has mobility issues to call the property for more info before booking

Breakfast, lunch and dinners were all outstanding. The beach and massive sandbar were a highlight. Room views of the ocean were breathtaking. Shuttle service was convenient and prompt. The staff made us feel at home.

It was 137 steps from the beach to our room, which was good exercise, but tedious. We rented a solar powered pontoon that failed and left us stranded. Some steps are hazardous, no handrails in many places. The water sports area steps represent a liability.

This is a family owned and run (Larry and Tom Lamb) hotel and they treat you like family! We spent our honeymoon at Pompano Beach Resort and it exceeded all our expectations! As a wedding gift from the owners, our room was upgraded to an ocean view deluxe room with a handwritten postcard waiting for us on the table from Larry Lamb. The room was spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the water. The bathroom was huge, with two sinks, tub and shower. The 5-course meal plan was divine! They offer indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant staff went out of their way so that we feel cared for and were delighted to be of service. Special thanks to Maurice, Lynn, Shirley, Greg, Lorna and George! You guys were amazing! The hotel pictures speak for themselves! I am trying to find words that makes this resort so unique and sets it apart from other accommodations, probably it is the mood, the love and care from the owners and the staff. Visit Pompano Beach Club, you will be amazed!

Booked Pompano with my best friend from college for a girls trip. Pompano was quick to confirm our request for a room with separate beds. The hotel has it's own private beach which is a huge plus. No need to travel to a public beach with the rest of the island. The staff were beyond friendly, funny, helpful, thoughtful and kind. We opted for the meal plan breakfast/dinner and were not disappointed. The breakfast buffet could use some more egg free protein options (chicken or turkey sausage for example) and pancakes or waffles instead of french toast - as my friend and I are both allergic to eggs so breakfast was a bit difficult. Dinner options were plentiful and the quality of the food was great. Cocktails all on point and reasonably priced. It was incredibly mellow, peaceful and relaxing. We were not visiting Bermuda for a party atmosphere but a quiet place to unwind and that's exactly what we got. Pompano's staff was very helpful and super communicative from the start making sure we knew how to book the shuttle to and from the airport and scheduling us taxis for our daytime excursions. Could not recommend Pompano more. 10/10. I hope we'll return in the future!

The hotel decor and structure is certainly a bit out dated. But all the right boxes were ticked in terms of on site amenities. Some of the gym equipment was a bit rickety as well but all the basic bases were covered. Good enough for quick vacation workouts.

The beach and views from the property were absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been! All meals were very good. We recommend the meal plan if staying at the Pompano- it was a true value. The bus stop was very close and easy to ride. The staff was excellent about picking us up promptly and taking us to and from the bus stop area!

The resort was pretty and had lots of character, but there are some details about the property that need a little TLC. The rooms could benefit from some attention and updating. However, overall I would return no matter what. Excluding one incident at the end of our stay, all staff members were friendly and helpful.

Location-Fabulous, the best. Views- All beautiful. Breakfasts- Wonderful. Staff-All incredible. Room 16 has THE view. Beach-White/Pink sand-doesn't get better. Larry Lamb-owner-if he can't make it happen, no one can. Shuttle to bus stops-very often-made life easy. Silence-very quiet at night.

It's only personal thing, the property is from the fifties, and in some places looks dated, this may bother some, others may say it has a charm. More observation than criticism. The way to the beach is via steps, and quite a few of them, maybe a problem for the infirm. Evening meal, we dined in the Cedar room, as in, half board, it's ok, but could use a slight improvement. Ocean grill room, we didn't try the food there, so it maybe superb, but you pay!

Exceptionally kind and friendly staff .Tom and his team are amazingly warm .Queena was so lovely and helpful .Amazing food ,amazing views and location .Heated outdoor pool , beautiful rooms , big terrace off the room to relax on ,lounge ,bar ,dj night was a real reminiscing experience with 80s n 70s classics on a big screen and a good dance floor ...free buses upto bus stop they drive you there and they collect yoh from ferry port too ... have never stayed in such a superb place ever

Spectacular location! The sandy shallow water stretches out for hundreds of yards. If you like to swim, this is the ideal place for you! You can sit and have breakfast while watching the colorful parrot fish swim past the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms have fantastic ocean views. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is excellent. The meal plan (breakfast and dinner) is very convenient and definitely worth it. The seafood is delicious and the desserts are amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views. The food is great with lots of choice (the meal plan is definitely a good option). But what really makes this place special is the wonderful staff who are attentive and go out of their way to be helpful without being too much in your face or pompous.

A few bits of decor are a bit tired when we visited - for me that adds a bit character but if you like glitz and bling you might not be so keen.

Great location, food, and beach. The staff is awesome. This will be our new "go-to" spot for vacation. We loved it. We went with two other couples in the off-season, and the weather was great. Everyone loved the meals at night. It was such a great value and so much fun. The Lamb Familly (owners) were so helpful when planning this trip. We have been to Bermuda 8 times, and this was the best place we have stayed. We will be back soon!
