Staff is truly wonderful across the board. Remembered our names, lovely to chat with. Everyone was warm, welcoming, helpful and fun to engage with throughout the week!

The rooms are in need of updating, particularly given the cost. The lock on the sliding balcony door was rickety and hard to open and close. The window to the bathroom would not close and rain would come in over night getting everything wet. The middle drawer on the bureau was stuck and very hard to close. Also the housekeeping service was not attentive. We were missing a mug, they did not pay attention to things like regular vs. decaf coffee options on restocking and were not reporting the window issue while clearly the bathroom was wet due to the rain.

The resort is beautiful and staff friendly. It's in a great location and the private beach is wonderful. We have stayed here two times now and will definitely stay here again! The Coconuts restaurant food and service were great.

The resort had just reopened the week we arrived after being closed for 2 1/2 months for renovations. The breakfast was so-so--from overcooked sausages to missing parts of the order. They normally would have a buffet breakfast but because part of the resort is still under renovation everything had to be ordered off the menu and it took a long time to get anything.

beautiful views and location from the cliffside rooms with gorgeous beach steps away; breakfast buffet was included and plentiful with a la carte options & afternoon tea was an added treat.Cliffside rooms were quiet and set away from main lobby area. Staff could not be friendlier or do more for you. Keurig in room was a plus since breakfast started at 8

Room on the small side, menu became boring with repetition of selections over the week, prices were high for everything which is typical in Bermuda due to all being imported. Cliffside rooms require much walking and climbing up steps.

The breakfast was very good. It was better than expected. The staff went above and beyond in every way. The tea every afternoon was lovely and the Sunday brunch was the best we had ever seen. The beach was perfect with pink sand and turquoise water. Tha facilities were clean and beautiful. Our balcony was one of the best views we have ever had.

The room had old furniture that didn’t fit with the rest of the resort. The couch had seen better days and the bed had impressions where people had slept.

WE HAD GONE TO THE REEFS FOR OUR HONEYMOON 33 YEARS AGO AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET BACK SINCE; WE FINALLY GOT TO CELEBRATE OUR 33 YEAR MARRIAGE ANNIVERSARY AND WERE SO HAPPY TO SEE THE GROUNDS, BEACH LOOK JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS IT WAS SO MANY YEARS AGO!!! THE WAITERS, AND ALL STAFF THAT WERE EXCELLENT. WE LOVED OUR BALCONY WITH ITS BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE BEACH AND HAVING THE STAFF THAT HELPED WITH THE BEACH SETUP AND DRINKS WERE EXCELLENT!!

WE DIDNT LIKE THE FOOD AS MUCH AS WE THOUGHT WE WOULD; THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS BUT THE DINNER ITEMS WERE NOT GREAT. WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE BETTER QUALITY INGREDIENTS. WE DID NOT GET A ROOM THAT WAS UPDATED AND OUR AIR CONDITIONER HAD TO BE REPLACED DURING OUR STAY; ALTHOUGH MAINTENANCE CAME AND PUT A NEW UNIT IN THAT DAY.

Great location and staff quite friendly and helpful for the most part. We had a lovely room with a view and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The restaurant for dinner was also good and the BBQ on the Beach fantastic!

We had a lovely room; however its location right near the Coconuts Restaurant meant it could be noisy at night. In addition, the entry to the room needs a floor mat to catch the sand and in our case, water as it rained every day we were there. We brought this to the attention of the staff several times that stepping onto a tile floor with wet shoes wasn't safe or clean, not to mention for the housekeeping service.

Stayed before, beautiful beach and view. Drinks were good. Food was good. Managers party for repeaters was very generous.

My room wasn't ready so I left my bag, when I came back, front desk person was annoyed that we couldn't find my bag, we walked to the room it wasn't there, walked back to the front desk, bag was there, and she was very annoyed that I asked for help getting it up a bunch of stairs to my room! (Later Melody at front desk was very nice, the other person could learn from her)

Location was excellent with impeccable hotel grounds. Everything was spotless. Kudos to the service staff whether it is the front desk or the restaurant staff or anyone you meet on the grounds, everyone was friendly and helpful. If staying here for more than a few days, you will find the dinner menu is limited and expensive. Buffer breakfast daily is excellent. Private beach is nice and cozy and it is a short bus ride away to the other public beaches as well. Central location between the docks on one side and Hamilton on the other.

Dinner menu needs rotation.

Our breakfast was complimentary and it was excellent! Service was a bit slow at times, but the food was good and you could eat with the most amazing view!

There was a lot of construction going on when we were there, which made for a lot of loud noise early in the morning, which was unfortunate. We visited in March and they seemed to be gearing up for the high season.

The staff went above and beyond. We asked them to mail 2 postcards and they did without hesitation. They carried our bags when we arrived and as we were leaving. Turn down service with a fact card and mints! They exchanged currency for us to pay for a taxi. Very accommodating.

The water in the toilet would run off and on constantly. Only complaint.
