There was not too much guests in hotel, so it was pretty quiet. Room, as well as balcony, were very big and had a beautiful view of the sea and Peljesac bridge. Stuff was very polite, the girl on the reception took us to the roof to show us the pool when we asked her, even though the pool was closed and she didn't have to do that. Breakfast, which was included in the price was very delicious and the food choice was various.

Hotel is on the main street that goes through Neum, on the top of the hill, so if you go to the beach from there by walk, it might be difficult to return because you would have to go uphill, but that there is a parking next to the beach, so I wouldn't state this as some big problem :)

Great view from the room, the room was very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

There is no Spa&Wellness available, although it has been advertised before I booked the room. The indoor pool is not in use either.

Rooms are specious and modern. Sea view is remarkable. Toilet is clean and modern. Roof top pool is great, etc

Tv chanels are disaster. This kind of hotel should have better tv chanels.

Breakfast was great, the view from our room was amazing and the concierge and staff were incredibly helpful.

The hotel is nice with an amazing view. It is a bit far away from the beach but there is transport to and from the beach almost every hour. The staff is really nice and helpful!

There was a weird noise every now and then from the toilet seat, at the beginning we thought that someone is knocking on our door. Also, the price we paid was different from the price written on the site, it was a bit more expensive so be careful.
