The property being renovated so bit noisey and the second pool had work going on at the terrace. Junior Suite large Spartan furnishing only sofa and small TV. Nice to have had coffee table & side lamp and larger TV - noted it rained for a few days hence comment re TV . I had read it was on hill and it is up steep cobbled hill with no path. Best to use Uber as cheap to get about.

There's no possible photo to make any justice to the place. The rooms are confy and little, but that doesn't compare with the service level and not exagerating, the most outstanding view that you'll have from an hotel in your life. The surprise was instant. A detail is that was our option on last minute and wasn't really expensive at all. It's constructed over a morro where You can SEE both suns, the rising and the sunset, but specially the sunset. My God that sunset, with mountains emerging from the ocean and the sun melting between them around five o'clock in the afternoon, every f*cking day. What's escorted with a team that it's always at the level on every situation. Every member is complemented by the strengths of each other, I personally interacted with several of them and they always gave their best. My thanks to Marcio, Leandro, Pericles and specially Gabriel! On my subjective opinion is the best 4 stars hotel that you can get on Paradise. (Buzios is no less than that, for several things that doesn't come to place.)

The good of the staff can be also the weakest point, they're prepared for the maximum level of service, I get a very tiny little inconfortable being called senhor and see them so worried about everything that they looked a little tense. It cost me nothing to make them feel relaxed and seeing other consumers exigencies (and some also a bit disrispectful) i understood why they're so exigent with their service level. Anyways, everything was great. The location can be a little exigent on foot, but once you get used to walk the morro up and down a few times, would love the experience.

Incredible views and location. Room was perfect and just as pictured, really good showers and comfortable bed. The complex was perfect to explore with 2 big pools and beautiful decking and gardens. Would definitely come again

Staff were fantastic in helping and advising things to do. No ask was too big whilst at the hotel, Great effort in making your visit relaxing and luxury. The view was fantastic and the facilities well cared for.

need some supervision before guests arrival. there was always something missing in the room . hot water and toilet paper at the arrival , towels the following day. but they were quick solving all problems

This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel with a gorgeous view. I loved the balcony, the pool, and the breakfast. The staff are also so kind and friendly.
