The buffet could have been better but it is worth the price, it has coffee, tea, hot milk, yogurth, granola, ham, cheese, butter, bread, cake, and some tropical fruits. Simple but everything was served in a clean matter and well organized.

good location, spacious room, aircon and ceiling fan worked fine, great view from the balcony, internet worked fine, breakfast was tasty, the manager (Sueli) is very accommodating! :)

Bed have plastic covers under the bedsheets which make a sound when you move and they make sweat more. One day before our arrival we received a message on WhatsApp informing us that check-in is until 22.00. On Booking it says 24hr reception, please update this on Booking to avoid confusion. We had already booked our transfer days in advance to arrive at 21.30-22.00, there was a lot of traffic on the road so we arrived after midnight. The manager (Sueli) was very kind and accomodated our late check-in, thank you!

the woman who administers the property made very rude accusations against me and my girlfriend over issues with their system and routines surrounding the minibar! This she came out accusing us of changing the content of the minibar, without asking us in a polite way of how it was when we entered the property!! Which led to my girlfriend feeing very uncomfortable and cast dark shadows over our last day at the property!! She needs to create better routines concerning this issue with the minibar! The way she dealt with this was extremely rude and damn right insulting!!! apart from that everything was fantastic!! Shame she left us with a bad aftertaste!!!

they promised to send 2 pants i forgot (for me to pay for) - But failed to do so. Very annoying Early morning sunshine - missing a way to block. Pool unavailable (chemicals) until 1030. Promised to assist us over to bus station - had to get taxi ourselves.

Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The location was quite good for the restaurants on the central promenade and the beaches on the very tip of the peninsula (they are the best). I liked that the access to the room was possible directly from the back street so no need to go through the reception every time.

In my opinion it would set the expectations better to advertise this place as 2-stars rather than 3-star. Also the value for money didn't seem quite right to me but it is a very popular and busy destination. The room, its furnishing and the whole place is rather dated, lacking good maintenance (e.g. torn curtains, loose hinges on bathroom window). Air-condition is supper noisy - it is one of the "through the wall" units with integrated compressor so lots of noise gets into the room. The next room aircon was just outside of my balcony so it got noisy from there too. The bed had an extremally soft mattress with some kind of plastic cover under the sheet - for me it was very uncomfortable. There were quite a few ants (of several different species) so unless one is an entomologist, it can be bit annoying.

the location is good, it’s about a 7 minutes walk to Rua das Pedras. There is also parking available at the Pousada.

breakfeast was ok, nothing special. Most of the appliances did not work, like the AC.
