Location is great, just 100 meters from the beach, quiet neighborhood. Ten minutes walk to downtown. Small hotel, just a few rooms, perfect for your rest. Breakfast is very good. Swimming pool is perfect. Coffee is available for free all time. Room is great. WIFI work fine all time.

Keys are old fashioned, maybe an electronic one will be better.

Great location in a safe and good area. Room was good standard, and the cleaning was exelent. The swimmingpool had a good size and it was clean and comfortable. We spendt alot of time by the pool area. Drinks could be ordered, but for food there was only sandwitches avalible. Breakfast was open until 11 am, and we enjoyed that.

We would like if there was some more food options by the pool area.

A charming little hotel, in a very good location. Extremely clean and comfortable. a simple room, with excelent AC, flat screen tv and with a good size balcony, to relax outside the room, when needed. Very friendly staff also.

What I liked most about the property, was the staff in general. very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The room was cleaned every day and beds and pillows were very good. The sheets were of very good quality also. Simple but good enough breakfast, with scrambeled eggs, fruits, cheese and cakes, fresh brewed coffe and milk, and the best pine apple juice. Very good location in Búzios.

Staff were very friendly and attentive! Room was spacious with an outside patio. Having a parking space was great. Location is perfect, we could walk everywhere and it was peaceful at night, no outside noise. Would stay again!

Maybe a little outdated, however nothing that interfered our stay. And I would prefer to have a hairdryer in the room instead of asking the reception every time. But it was not a big deal.

Beautiful place. Vintage house with elegant decorative furniture and modern finishing touches. Rooms are spacious and nice, and beds are super comfy. The service staff is great, and breakfast is delicious. The location is the best as you are close to bars and restaurants, and a 6 minute walk to Rua das Pedras. Also, you can get to the beach in a 1 minute walk. An extremely good perk is that they have underground parking, so you can park your car for free.

Beds were a bit stiff. The room was noisy, you could hear almost everything from the room above.
