The sunsets from this hotel are wonderful . The staff are great and very accommodating and polite ! Breakfast was delicious ! Also it’s located in town so you can walk to restaurants and stores really easy. Also close to Brava beach by car where you can eat at Rocka restaurant which is really good .

My room was the suite number 30 which was not a good location around that area there was a horrible water noise like waterfall around 5 am, super loud, I think was the water being filled out in their reservoir . So try avoiding rooms on that side which are numbers 30,31, 28,29 etc.. Also I didn’t like the food at their 74 restaurant , they don’t serve much, it wasn’t very good, and it was costly for the amount we got .

Casas Brancas is the kind of place that makes you immediately feel at home, but in the most beautiful, dreamlike way possible. From the moment we arrived, everything was just so well thought out—every little detail, every cozy corner, and every interaction felt genuine and special. You can tell the people here love what they do, and that energy makes all the difference. The staff was fantastic—warm, friendly, and always one step ahead, making sure everything was perfect. A huge shoutout to the teams at 74 Restaurant and 74 OSTERIA, who not only served amazing food but also made every meal feel like part of the experience. We came for our honeymoon, and these five days have truly been the highlight of our trip. Casas Brancas is the kind of place that sticks with you, and honestly, Búzios is worth visiting just to stay here. Already dreaming of coming back!

Beautiful, upscale, pristinely manicured property. Impeccable upkeep of grounds, gardens, common areas, gym and pool. Stunning views of Búzios and the Orla Bardot. Next to a multitude of restaurants and bars, with easy water taxi access to many of the best beaches. The hotel service is akin to some the most premium 5-star properties around the world, comparable to Four Seasons, Claridges and the like. The staff is polite, quiet, trilingual and eager to please. The ambience is sophisticated, aromatized and exquisite. The rooms have a beachy feel, with a southern Mediterranean decor, like some of the properties in Capri and the Greek Islands, but yet with great amenities, efficient air conditioning and comfortable bedding. Lastly, the breakfast deserves a mention of its own. It is included in the stay, but unlike other hotel breakfasts, instead of a pre-cooked buffet, the options are all à la carte, made to order, and include delicacies such as local tapiocas, eggs benedicts, crepes, tartines, croque monsieur or any other request that may come to mind. Not to mention the daily basket of freshly baked croissants, sour doughs and local cakes. The pool side menu is equally impressive with fresh salads, shashimi selection, sushi, sampler sandwiches, tartar and more. The hotel’s restaurant offers a fine dining tasting menu unlike anything else you can find in Búzios.

Our stay at Casas Brancas was fantastic! Very nice hotel and facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the breakfast with the amazing ocean view. The room was clean and huge, great gym and yoga for options to work out, spa for a relaxing massage as well as two nice on-site restaurants. We also got a pick up from and to Rio arranged by the hotel which we can highly recommend. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

We loved Casas Brancas!! The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. The design and location are amazing.

Our only recommendation is that all restaurant/bar servers should have a basic level of English, which is expected for a 5 star hotel, especially in a country where the native language is spoken by less than 4% of the world's population.

The outside of property is gorgeous. Lobby, pool, restaurant, all amazing. Restaurant 75 was top notch. Food was excellent and the staff everywhere in the hotel was accommodating and very quick!

The room we were in smelled very very musty. It was mediocre For the cost. The photos online got Todd room did not match the room we got however The bed was very comfortable.

Great location. Fantastic views. The breakfast is exceptional. Staff are all attentive - especially the lady at breakfast, she was a delight.

Everything. From the tasteful decor to the exceptional vistas. From the excellent location to the attention to detail. Amazing restaurant and, especially, the wonderful staff who anticipated my every need. This one is the whole package. It's pricy, but it's worth it.

The varanda door hinges were a little rusty and the water pressure could be a little stronger.

The view from the room, swimming pool area, and restaurant is amazingly beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic with excellent choices and fresh. And, finally, the location is great affording beautiful views of the ocean and within walking distance to Buzios downtown area.

Amazing view, amazing food and staff! The hotel is beautiful, the room has in clean, comfortable and cute. The spa was very nice, not just the massage, but the team the pool and staff.
