Location is perfect! A short walk from the busy Rua das Pedras - Bed was really comfortable

The hotel ask you sensitive information like the pin code of the reservation. If you don’t provide they don’t check in you. Booking com says never to give this information to the the properties.

The room I was giving was a smell of dryness and no windows or air in the room only at the entrance to the unit

The service was great and they are always willing to help with whatever we needed, even during late hours to request drinks from the reception it was fine. The structure of the hotel was pretty with rocks and trees all around.

Honestly the room was super dark, humid and I could see mold on the furniture piece above the bed, there's a bathroom smell in our corridor too. I understand it's a beach area but that could be looked at. The breakfast area is not the best, is a very closed room and the outdoors part is right in front of a busy road, not very relaxing. But honestly these are personal things for me, maybe we just got unlucky with our room, the overall stay was good and the hotel is pretty with lots of trees and the service was great!!

It was a very comfortable double room with direct access to the small swimming pool.

The front people were not nice. Bad assistance when I felt with breakfast dish on my hand, didn’t see the stairs.. I almost felt with food in the dish, burned myself not very serious, bad Diego the front desk receptionist care about cleaning the mess instead of worrying about me.. Nevertheless they attend my daughter when she felt down the stairs. Nothing serious.
